Very elegant restaurant find dining, beautiful atmosphere. You can enjoy walking in the area, I recommend at night for dinner. The speciality of the house in my opinion is the steak but do many other excellent dishes are on the menu. Staff professional and friendly, great selection of wines. You will be very satisfied with everything if you want to come for a romantic dinner, or a business meeting if you want to impress your guests.

My partner and I came to dine the night after our wedding for dinner and were very excited. Blackbird did not disappoint. The staff were friendly and polite. We ordered the 10th anniversary whiskey flight, which was delightful; the flight really matched the vibe of the restaurant. The food was delicious and faultless and at a reasonable price. Definitely recommend and look forward to the next time I might be back.

Flavours, presentation and quality of our meals were incredible. Our waitress Tia recommend top notch steaks cooked to perfection. A spectacular view of the story bridge lit up the sky. We highly recommend this restaurant .

Food was delicious and flavourful. Presentation was not their focus. None of our servers seemed to be in a good mood the Sunday we dined. Our main waiter in particular was rather discourteous and grumpy, to the point where we felt bad for asking her to refill our water glasses. Would not be returning anytime soon, given the plethora of fine dining experiences in the vicinity.

Rare chance for my wife and I have kids free day. We pick Black Bird and Grill for dinner tonight. The service was great and setup was nice. We had Cauliflower a few ways and hand stretched Burrata as our starter. I love the Burrata with caper and raisin which complement nicely. We had Wood grilled pork cutlet and Yardstick British Bred as our mains and steam broccolini as our side. Our medium rare rib eye steak was cooked to perfection. And we end the night with Coconut rum lamington as our shared dessert. Not the traditional lamington we expected. The coconut is placed in the middle with complementary of the black sesame ice cream. Loved it.
