Offering guests a Magnifique event space, Ballroom Le Grand is currently the largest ballroom available within a Brisbane-based hotel. This grand space is entirely pillarless incorporating an impressive 6.5-meter high ceiling, 18m LED Screen, retractable dividing walls, fully ducted AC, integrated audio-visual displays, and dynamic interactive lighting which can be adjusted to guest specifications. Our Superior facility has hosted a variety of grand events from Gala dinners to international business conferences and can be arranged to suit a variety of theming options. This ballroom can be divided into 3 smaller spaces for small to medium events. Theatre style capacity: BALLROOM 3 caters up to 400 BALLROOM 2 caters up to 300 BALLROOM 1 caters up to 200

I came to this hotel recently with my brother who has high functioning autism and his support worker while I was visiting from New Zealand. As soon as I walked in, I could tell immediately that I would enjoy my stay. The service from all staff members was extraordinary, everything we needed was provided in such a professional and friendly way. The amenities were top notch and the location was just perfect. I will be returning!

They staff were extremely helpful and able to accommodate our booking of three rooms on the same floor close together. The breakfast quality was wonderful, along with the gym and pool facilities. All staff we spoke to were wonderful and went out of their way to assist us in our stay.

The staff get 6 stars everybody from the door staff reception staff the restaurant staff & housekeeping staff where very friendly professional and helpful. The buffet breakfast was great especially like the fact you get barista coffee and they have a juice bar where you can juice. your own drinks. The room gets four stars as so keep the bed was a little bit too soft and the room also looked a little outdated and the bathroom had a lot of scuff marks and chipped paint. The location is convenient as you are close to Queen Street mall and above Central station which is also the downside as all night till 11.58pm & from about 5.30am you can hear the train horns about every 15 minutes which meant every time we nearly fell asleep we were working up by train I don't know if this is the whole hotel or just the side we were on so keep that in mind if you not particularly a deep sleeper.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Lovely pool area and pool. Excellent breakfast selection. The room was a nice layout with bath/shower combined. Central station was quick and easy to get to for easy travel to any suburb, airport and other parts of the city. Definitely a great place to stay.

Stayed here thanks to Virgin, due to a cancelled connecting flight. The lobby is gorgeous and premium. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room didn't live up to the lobby look and feel and seemed dated design wise.....very brown. The lighting was odd and difficult to figure out. Bed was comfy and amenities all there. Room service was quick, but not memorable taste wise. Overall a good place to be put up for a night.
