We have found our favorite hotel. Can't complain about anything. We arrived early after disembarking from a cruise in Brisbane so we could store our luggage. We knew we couldn't check in until 3:00pm and did expect to get in early, but not long after we received an appreciated phone call from the lovely lady we spoke to at reception to say our room was ready and we were welcome to back and complete our check in. We were quickly given our room key and went to our room where our bags were already there waiting for us. The room was spotless, and view was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable we had slept in, in our whole holiday. In the morning, we went down for breakfast, and that too was the best breakfast we'd had for our whole holiday. I am gluten intolerant and it great to be told, by another lovely lady who greeted us, that there was a gluten free section which included bread (with separate toaster), delicious muffins and cereals. All other items in the buffet were clearly marked. There was plenty to choose from. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer in this hotel. We will definitely be back. We can highly recommend this hotel, perfect location, great friendly staff, spotless room and the most comfortable bed.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff are amazing. Rooms was amazing. Bed was very comfortable. Excellent location a walk over the bridge into the new casino, amazing restaurants across the road. Will be back in 2025.

Nice hotel. However staff are hopeless at resolving problems and more focused on finding blame. Even across three different shifts. I had to go to reception 5 times between 10-12am as I couldn’t access my room. 3rd time staff member took me to my room and let me in. I unpacked and went out for a bite to eat and the room was cleaned and my things were gone when I returned. Apparently I was meant to be in another room. They returned my luggage without knowing what happened. I explained everything this morning but was told this couldn’t have happened and insinuated I was lying and they will check the cameras. I bet they don’t get back to me!

Spacious room, friendly service, good location. Found the rooms clean and comfortable with a good selection of glasses and mugs for coffee/tea etc. located very close to the South Bank parklands and promenade which is great for running/walking/cycling. Easy access to city. Only complaint is that from my room on level 10 I could hear loud music from either one of the function rooms, which thankfully didn’t go too late into the evening. Would stay here again for sure.

My elderly mum and I stayed 7 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff were so helpful and accommodating and made us feel very welcome. I really appreciated the Surprise Birthday note and chocolates. The buffet breakfast was amazing as well. The concierge were nothing short of brilliant. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this hotel. Thank you
