The best thing about this hotel is the staff. From the front desk, to the bar, to the restaurant. All were very friendly, eager to help and highly professional. A special shout out to Juan in the restaurant who served us delicious food and wine. The $65 special deal allowed 2 items from the menu (I chose Korean beef sliders entree and a steak main) plus a drink plus a side. Really good value for such delicious food. Hadn't eaten since 5am so was very hungry but couldn't finish the generous serves - although I tried very hard to. Rooms are spotless and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable.

We always stay at the Grand Chancellor hotel after overseas travel before we head off to Gympie. The rooms are large and clean and the bed is very comfortable. Dining is wonderful and the food selection from the menu catered for everyone. We always enjoy the breakfast which caters for everyone. The reception staff are amazing. We relaxed by the pool and trained in the gym. After our time at the Grand Chancellor stay we ravelled home refreshed. I would recommend the Grand Chancellor to everyone wanting excellent service and a wonderful experience.

A very pleasant stay for business thank you. I enjoyed conference morning tea, afternoon and a hot lunch twice over the time there and complimented the chef when I saw him. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet for $30 with no hassle and very friendly staff and delicious coffee. I also enjoyed the comfortable rooms, large shower head and special touches - thank you. The housekeeping staff are so friendly.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Reception staff absolutely lovely, so helpful, nothing too much trouble. Room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Location an easy walk into central Brisbane. Met our needs brilliantly.

Great location right across from Roma Street Parkland and easy walk to CBD and Queen St Mall. Guest laundry facilities were very helpful on our long 5 week travels. Frescos restaurant had great food and service (both breakfast and dinner). Roof top pool and exercise facilities were also a treat!
