This hotel is in a class of its own. Unbelievable hospitality, the staff are friendly and attentive. The decor is elite, and food is sensational. The rooms are massive and beds were very comfy. The pool is stunning and heated, beautiful in winter. Cant wait to come back!!!

Stayed a couple of nights and enjoyed the hustle and bustle of the Calile Hotel and what it had to offer. Can recommend the SK Steak & Oyster restaurant. You need to book in advance. For something different and great gifts have a look at Dinosaur Designs. Block out blinds in the room are awesome.

I don't know how it's possible they removed my review, but delete it they did as my friend was asking me if this hotel was worth it, I told them no, I stayed approximately 2 years ago and did not have a great experience so I wrote a review reflecting this and wanted to show this to my friend. However to my shock I looked up and down and could not find the review I wrote. I definitely wrote it, and it was wrong of them to remove it if they did, so I will be rewriting it again. This was a super late check in near midnight, it was the only 5 star hotel with availability as I called the W and the Emporium and they were booked (tells you everything you need to know, the actual good ones were booked up). I get that checking in late so late was unusual but despite being paying customers paying the same amount as a guest staying 20 hours and only going to stay approx 10 hours for one night at $1090, the staff vibes just felt a bit cold and snobbish as if such late check-ins were beneath them. They did not accept cash, which is fair as it was covid-ish back then so when my friend tried to pay by card, he was falsely overcharged later for drinks and a bathrobe that was not taken and it was a hassle trying to prove we did not take it. From memory it was a ridiculous charge like in the HUNDREDS for the bathrobe...yes it made my friend look like jesus when he put it on as he had long hair, but firstly it's not spun gold, it was worth $50 at most and secondly, WE DID NOT TAKE IT. I really wish this review would stay up because I'm confused it didn't last time.

I attended a corporate event with Brisbane PA Network recently at The Calile Hotel and was really impressed! The venue has used cork as a feature for flooring and design, which at first glance looks like marble without the echo and noise. The floor area has stunning views of the city and is spacious to create an event of any design (including a marque if you so desire). The rooms are well thought, and modern and very reasonably priced. A lot of thought has been put into carbon footprint and environmental impacts. The food was incredible (even for someone like myself who has dietary requirements!) but it was the team who stole the show! Knowledgeable, friendly and effortlessly delivering a fantastic atmosphere and event.

Does this place even get a bad review? Only of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we pulled up in our car to the minute we checked out the service was impeccable! Could not fault a thing! Place is so clean and beautiful as well as staff are more an accommodating and go above and beyond! We stayed for a birthday and even had champagne bought to the room to celebrate! Can’t wait to stay again!
