Staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early and they immediately let me check-in, which was truly appreciated. The room was modern and clean. It was my first time at an ibis hotel and I was impressed at how they generally got the important things right (like having a good and comfortable bed, though pillow case was a little on the rough side). Having easy access to the three washing machines and two tumble dryers on level four was very helpful. It is something that all hotels should have! Location is great with easy access to Coles supermarket, cinema, and many other shops just two minutes walk away. I would definitely like to return to ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street the next time I visit Brisbane!

Super pleasantly surprised! I booked rather “randomly” in a rush so I wasn’t sure what to expect. LOVED it! Super great location near absolutely anything you need. The rooms are compact and tidy. I was pleasantly surprised to see included a full desk for a bit of remote work. Popped to the restaurant for a happy hour drink too! Staff & amenities are great.

We had a great stay at this Ibis hotels l. We had a river view room and the view itself didn't disappoint, it was amazing. The room was relatively small. A few improvements could be made like another chair to sit as there were two of us and a floor mat or towel to use as you exit the shower. Having extra products as hair conditioner would be also great. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain as our experience with ibis hotel was smooth and pleasant.

Checkin and checkout was so easy. The staff were lovely and had very positive attitudes which definitely rubbed off! The room was lovely and crispy clean. It was definitely a refreshing stay and would do it again when in Brisbane.

Overall another excellent stay, for the price the rooms are clean, great views and if you can get yourself a corner room (upgraded to every stay so far), the value is well and above most other brisbane hotels. The views across the river alone are worth staying for. Great location in the centre of town. Complimentary laundry services available to guests are a neat touch. Ideally the gym footprint could be increased, range of gear is OK but really only capacity for 2-3 people at a time.
