Such a lovely staff from front desk, housekeeping and food and beverage team. Corner view was stunning. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the city and near to the shops, no need to drive around. Thank you so much for great customer service and for looking after us.

Great location and friendly staff. Stayed here recently and had a good experience, the staff were friendly, rooms tidy and is in a good central location. It was a busy week just before Brisbane Festival, with the hotel being fully booked, and our room wasn't quite ready at check-in time. Staff gave us some drink vouchers to use whilst we waited. In the end it wasn't even a long wait for the room to be ready. Overall good experience.

This place is absolutely a hidden gem & so close to everything in the city! Stayed a night to attend a musical at QPac & the new casino. Its within close stroll to both locations. Upon arrival we were greeted by Kristy for check in, she was absolutely amazing & ensured we had everything we needed for our stay & offered assistance if needed. The room was clean & tidy and breakfast was good! Will 100% stay here again!

If you are looking for a place to stay that’s budget friendly then look no further. With close proximity to shopping and the arts precinct you can’t go wrong. From arrival to departure the staff at this hotel were fantastic, greeting us with a warm welcome. For the staff nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend this as a must stay location if you’re looking for a short stay in the city.

My room was small but pleasant and clean with a lovely view across the Brisbane River to Southbank. The bed was comfortable, and the temperature was easy to control during my 3-night stay. I appreciated the blackout curtains. I enjoyed the pressure of the shower but was disappointed at the lack of hanging space for my clothes. It would have been nice to have a hairdryer in my room.
