Walked past and thought what a great place for lunch. Service staff were awesome, friendly, and helpful. The food was amazing. I had the Seafood grill, delicious. Calamari was so soft, perfectly cooked. I would definitely come back on my next visit.

Ok, so the Burleigh Heads Hotel is perfectly located overlooking the golden sands and iconic views of the Gold Coast. Arrived for lunch, and it was as reasonable as quiet as u would expect on a Monday. Went to get some drinks, and the bar tender was happy to just sit and chat to the only other patron their, eventually a bistro wait person came and served me. Hence, the poor service. Food and atmosphere great. Sorry, but in the heart of Queensland, the tourist location would have expected better service.

We went to the Burleigh Beach hotel for dinner a couple of days ago and it was so lovely. The ambience was great, we were opposite the beach. The sweet potato chips were very flavourful and the ribs were good. The service was excellent, our server Billy and his manager were so friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our meal. Had a great time!

Burleigh Heads Hotel was an absolute delight! The atmosphere perfectly captures the beachy, laid-back vibe of the Gold Coast, with a mix of modern touches and relaxed coastal charm. The food was fantastic – fresh, flavorful, and with a menu that offered a great range of options for everyone. What truly made the experience unforgettable, though, was the outstanding service from Annie. She went above and beyond to make sure our table was taken care of, always checking in with a warm smile and genuinely attentive. Annie’s friendly personality and attention to detail made us feel so welcome and added a special touch to our night. Can’t wait to come back and hope Annie will be there to make it just as wonderful!
