I can not talk highly enough about this restaurant. The staff is exceptional and our dishes were fantastic. This is a must visit if you're doing a night on the town in Brisbane.

Must be a quiet night, there was only one other patron in the restaurant. Kitchen was busy with the room service happening next door. Service was slightly disjointed, took my drinks menu away and then asked if I wanted a drink but followed up and apologised for the delay in the food. Had the half chicken that was specially prepared by ovens brought in from over in France 🤔It was well cooked, although condiments were a bit bland.

Their service is superb. Nice lunch with my dearest sister there and we are having a great time. We haven't thought about a wide range of drinks that we can choose from red, white wine even rosé. The soft drink includes lemon lime bitter. Amazing! I have ordered a steak fries with medium rare. The chef made my day. And the daily special of lemon cheese cake definitely a must try item.

I arrived on a Friday evening almost prepared to see a full restaurant. Instead, only another table was occupied. No problem for me as i I was dining alone, but I felt it was odd for a Friday. I was seated and given a menu, no water offered. Ordered a Negroni to get things started. The chicken liver parfait sounded good for entree and I ordered the steak frites . Any good French bistro should be able to deliver in these basics. The parfait arrived, appeared ‘piped’ into the vessel. The parfait still had a hard chilled texture when it should’ve been velvety. Apart from that, taste was ok. There was maybe some anise flavour in the background? Maybe too much. Steak was nice, potentially sous vide. The only stand out issue were the frites. I asked what there weee seasoned with and heard the answer from the kitchen ( it was close, but not too close) , that it several seasonings apart from just salt. Feedback: it was over seasoned and sweetish. Service was , apart from the oversight with water at the beginning , pleasant and attentive. Comment: Maybe keep the chatter in the kitchen to a level where your guests can’t hear the kitchen brigades conversations.

The waitress was lovely and the decor was beautiful, however the service was incredibly slow. It took an exceptionally long time for a waiter to come over to our table once we arrived to take our drink orders. Disappointed with the escargots, they were inside a creamy pastry, which indicates they are probably frozen. Dinner took over 45 minutes to be brought out.
