Best chicken schnitzel and parmigiana in Brisbane! We’ve ordered delivery from here a lot and it’s consistently high-quality and always tasty. We decided to visit the restaurant and loved it. The staff were super friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm with live music. Our food arrived really quickly and everything was delicious. The chips were crispy and well seasoned, the gravy was rich, and both the schnitty and parmi were cooked perfectly. I can’t recommend this place highly enough!

Went to Waterloo this evening to try their Chicken Parmi it was 10/10😍 The fish and chips and chicken wings were also so so good best paired with their wide range of tap beers💯 There was a live music when I came (Friday Night)

I came here just for a stop the other day. Staffs are so friendly and I ordered steak as my dinner. I thought it will be just another “pub” steak, was not expecting this but chef did the steak pretty good. I ordered medium rump with calamari toppers which was cooked beautifully and I can taste the rosemary butter on the steak which is very rare to get this kind of steak in other pub. Well done Waterloo!!

I have been a bit depressed (diagnosed with stage 4 cancer this year).. the staff are absolutely beautiful, inside & out. I used to go there every Sunday to have a steak & chill. I hadn't gone in a couple of years, because the food wasn't great at the time. I've found a place where I'm comfortable now. It's on the same block. I'll follow up with contacts I have, but 'harris'/ "harn" Mke & Rob are just beautiful guys. I wanted to watch the basketball. Not a problem Good beer, awesome people. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😊

We bring a key customer here roughly once a month, but unfortunately this visit will be our last. After waiting around 25 minutes following our order, I asked Bailey for an update. He reluctantly checked with the kitchen and returned saying, "You only ordered 10 minutes ago and the food will be out when it's ready." This was despite the receipt clearly showing that nearly 30 minutes had passed. After waiting another 10 minutes, I asked again for an update. Bailey didn't stop, make eye contact, or acknowledge the concern, instead saying, "Wait for your food, there is nothing we can do," while walking away. I've never been spoken to this way by someone in hospitality. Delays happen, and we would have completely understood if the kitchen was busy. The issue was not the wait time—it was the dismissive and unprofessional attitude. A simple explanation or update would have gone a long way. Our guests, whose company employs over 500 people nearby, also witnessed the interaction and commented that they would not return. The service we received was completely uncalled for, and as a result, we won't be coming back.
