Excellent location. Brand new hotel. Friendly guys at the front desk. Constant treats, cookies.. The room is amazingly beautiful with a breathtaking view. All amenities are provided: iron, adapter, fridge, etc.. The breakfast in the garden is incredible, delicious, with a diverse selection of food. Dreaming to come back again! Beloved Gold Coast with the best hotel!

My recent stay from 5.3.2024 to 8.3.2024 at the Voco Hotel, Gold Coast was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the courteous and attentive front office staff, particularly Ms Sara, who went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Thanks to Sara's assistance, I was able to check in early and check out late, making my trip infinitely more convenient. The highlight of my mornings was undoubtedly the excellent breakfast buffet. The variety of options available was staggering, and each dish was prepared with care and attention to detail. Whether I was craving something sweet or savory, there was always something to satisfy my palate. In addition to the outstanding service and culinary delights, the hotel itself was a haven of comfort and luxury. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and impeccably clean, providing the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the Gold Coast. Overall, my experience at the Voco Hotel, Gold Coast exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and enjoyable stay on the Gold Coast.

Nice hotel, I'm an IHG 1 awards member. So I did enjoy the upgraded sea view. Extremely hospitable desk agents. They don't have a concierge to bring your bags. I highly suggest they fix that. The facilities and breakfast are well on par with what you expect so all in all I definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay. Enjoy 😉

We stayed here for a trip to the Gold Coast in mid-December, 2023 and were incredibly impressed with this hotel, especially considering the low price we paid at that time! Right when you pull up, this place has curb appeal. It’s a massive, skyscraper-like building just a couple blocks from the beach and the lobby is something you would expect in a Vegas resort. Very impressive surroundings. The rooms are beautiful, modern, with very comfortable beds and picturesque views (even with the cheapest room on offer, we were on I believe the 18th floor with a fantastic view of the Gold Coast even though we didn’t spring for the ocean view room). The hotel is very centrally located, just a short walk to the beach and Surfer’s Paradise where all the shops, restaurants and nightlife is located. On my next Gold Coast visit, this is where I’ll be staying!

Location was the perfect spot, right in the heart of surfers paradise where you can walk around. The room I booked was meant to have 2 beds as I was sharing with my mother in law but was not the case. Called then and was told that it was subject to availability, then they said that they will bring up a bed,which they did, thank you for that. Buffet breakfast was fantastic and bit crowded, so get in early.
