Great location, just a short walk to Surfers Paradise. The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was spotless with daily housekeeping. The buffet breakfast was top-notch, and our Deluxe Ocean King Room had an amazing view. Loved being able to walk to the beach for sunrise or a morning swim. The pool and sauna weren’t the best but did the job and were nice and quiet in the mornings. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Lovely place and wonderful friendly staff. Walking distance to the beach and town. Easy hassle free check in and check out and they also have their private parking which is super handy. Loved the vibe that the hotel has it's unique and refreshing. Would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I had the most wonderful stay here! During this stay I proposed to her, and the hotel set up some beautiful rose petals, balloons and some complimentary champagne! It was stunning. The facilities are gorgeous and the products they use are great. Highly recommended- will absolutely be coming back for our next trip! Thanks QT.

Currently in the middle of our stay and unfortunately I have to say that the room cleaning is sub par. The room has been cleaned at 4pm every day, and yesterday was completely skipped. Firstly 4pm is way too late as we just want to get back to our room to relax. Yesterday we saw that the cleaner was 1 room down so we left the room for two hours. When we came back we saw that she was now at the room next to ours and assumed she did ours. Upon entering we were incorrect. It was now 5pm so we just asked for fresh towels, so no clean room, as we were not going back out. Today we called reception at noon and asked for our rooms to be cleaned as we were leaving to the pool. She said she would send someone up. It’s now 2pm we just got back to our room and nothing has been done. There is a cleaning person on our floor. I e told her to do our room next but this means we have to leave again and we just want to relax and cool down. It’s very hard to relax at the QT, and we have two more days here. I’m disappointed in this service.

My partner and I had the most incredible stay at the QT Gold Coast! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. We were warmly greeted by a lovely staff member who assisted with our bags, and then we checked in with one of the fantastic receptionists. Check out was a breeze too! The fabulous staff are so kind and professional. Our room was stunning—spotlessly clean with the most breathtaking view of the ocean. And the bed... wow! I had the best sleep of my life. On our way out we stopped off and had a coffee at the café in reception. The coffee was exceptional and again, the staff were so wonderful! You can truly see how much care and attention has been put into every detail and the upkeep of this hotel. I’ll definitely be recommending the QT Gold Coast to all of my friends and family! ❤️
