The staff at this hotel are wonderful! They are attentive, and very helpful. The room had a balcony and was very well laid out. The breakfast was the amazing! Had dinner at their new restaurant and that was GREAT! Will definitely stay again! PS, currently they are upgrading the hotel, so ask for a room around 6th floor. It will even be better after the upgrade. 😀

Room good , service great , location good , however the front of the hotel filled with cars parked illegally, our shuttle bus have to park in the street because no way he can go up and turn around, I even noticed an uber driver reversed all the way because he couldn’t turn around , reversing so dangerous because you can’t see on coming cars on the loop drive way , there is no sign to tell people don’t park and block the drive way , and we have few elderly people in our group have to drag luggage all the way down on deep drive way . We definitely not staying there again .

We know they cleaned the carpets, because all you could smell was the cleaner and wet carpet. But, they didn't bother to clean anything else. Literally everything was covered in layers of dust! Even the cups. The walls were gross and you could see hand prints pretty much everywhere (learn what sugar soap is). The desert was okay, but my dinner was horrible. Dry salmon, and chips. I actually cannot believe the other reviews. Such a disappointment for out anniversary!

Nice hotel, is undergoing renovations at the moment but the location is good, easy to get into town, and parking is available on the street if you can get in early enough. Bar on site for drinks and a restaurant is also on the premises for easy an no fuss dinners.

Absolutely loved my stay at The Point Brisbane Hotel. The room is incredibly spacious and features a wonderful balcony which is a huge plus. The bathroom layout is fantastic and the bathtub provided a perfect way to relax. While the gym is quite minimal—essentially a room with a rowing machine, treadmill, and some exercise balls—the overall layout of the hotel is excellent. The staff are professional and very friendly. Definitely my favorite spot in Brisbane so far!
