We enjoyed every moment of our stay at this delightful Hotel. Lovely comfortable bed and rooms serviced daily , great view, and a great breakfast each morning. Full marks to the outstanding reception staff - Ahmad, Jack and Will, all of whom went out of the way to meet every request. One needs a degree at NASA to get the air-conditioning to the work, but Will and Jack took care of that for me! Ravi and Jo made us welcome each breakfast, and Pauline and Anna remembered how we had our coffee and tea, and made sure we never had to ask for anything, it just magically appeared! Housekeeping was faultless. One thing I would have liked would be hand railings in and out of the pool. "Seniors" find it hard to get out again with no rail! Two lovely female guests had to pitch in and help get my husband out of the pool, else he would still be floating around in there! Thank you Point Hotel Team! We had a wonderful stay.

We had a one night stay over the weekend and the staff were absolutely lovely. They went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. The bathroom was awkwardly laid out, with the toilet being next to the main glass door and the shower head was terrible. Beds were very comfortable and the room had decent amenities.

Came here as a getaway for my boyfriend’s birthday and having never visited Brisbane we weren’t sure what to expect! The service was amazing, the room was fantastic with a stunning view! Will definitely be back!

The Point Hotel is in the beautiful Kangaroo Point and is right next to the storey bridge which made for a beautiful walk across to the Northside for a vast array of wonderful restaurants, activities and the boardwalk that trailed along the river. The hotel is in a lovely peaceful area with breathtaking views, a rooftop bar (Eagles Nest) and a top-tier restaurant, Lamberts. The bed was super comfortable and staying here made it feel like a home away from home. Adored our stay and highly recommend to others!

Wonderful service! the front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The check-in and check-out procedures were simple and easy to understand. The price was very reasonable and the quality of my room was top notch! The only drawbacks were: the shower in my room had and odd set up, the detachable head was too close to the wall, so I had to hold it in one hand at all times making showering difficult. The location was lovely, but the hotel itself was difficult to get in and out of via car. The ferry was convenient, but if you don't have a lot of experience with public transport it can be a bit confusing, so you should plan for that when you stay here. But beyond that. I had a lovely stay! The room was clean and comfortable, the service was very reliable, efficiant and friendly. All in all a good reasonably priced place to stay.
