Family of 6 who enjoys both a good steak and seafood. Place had entertainment for both adults and kids, amazing service, and the food was delicious. Menu is well priced. Definitely be visiting on our next stop back here. Thanks Sunshine Coast.

Hello there! We dined in at King's Beach Tavern for my mother's birthday some months ago, and forgot to leave a review at the time. When I came across the photos again I thought, these dishes are wayyy too pretty not to share... If you're looking for somewhere to leave feeling both full and fulfilled, I can't recommend KBT enough! Every single time we arrive, the staff are incredibly lovely, making us as welcome as is humanly possible. They understand the balance of being attentive servers and letting you relax well, so nobody's hovering over while you try to eat though. It's fantastic. My family also really likes our food and in our opinion, the flavours offered here can't be found anywhere else in Caloundra. Couldn't even begin to count how many carbonaras we've ever tried, but Kings Beach Tavern's version is by far the most authentic in terms of taste. I think you can tell when someone truly loves to cook. This is one of those times where that love is clear. And on top of that, the portions are impossibly good value. We were happily shocked. Thank you again for having us in, KBT team! P.S. I noticed on your website tonight that you're openly 🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️ friendly and I have deep respect for that (especially as part of the community myself). Just wanted to add that I've never even received as much as one dirty look from another customer at your restaurant (which is rare for me considering I'm plus-size too). We're on pensions and can't go out often but it's always served as a very peaceful place for my family to be present in over the years. In other words, a safe space outside of our home. You are beyond appreciated 💗💫 thanks again!!

We arrived at 430 and didn’t have a booking. The hostess was gracious enough to pull some strings and found us an empty table in the back corner near the toilets even though the place was completely booked out from 730. See photos attached.

The place is good enough for a pub. Not bad, but not the best either. Food was good enough. Menu seemed a little limited. But everything seemed cooked well and tasted fine. Giving it a 4 star review as I don’t think 3 would be fair.

Went for trivia. Beer selection is poor, staff are great, food was tasty and quick. Trivia was good, questions to appeal to a general and wider audience. Host was fun and engaging, didn't like not getting our scores until after every second round though. Typical sports bar/tab vibes, very generic, could of been sitting in any TAB/Sport bar Coles or Woolies hotel in Australia and not known the difference.
