I had a pleasant stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Maroochydore. The room was clean and well presented. The buffet breakfast was busy but well organised. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and happy to help visitors to the Sunshine Coast. It’s important to note that the car parking is located in the multi-level building shared with other hotels.

All round good. Great service...3 staff I dealt with were fab. Pool n gym good up on the rooftop. Four good cafe/restaurants 1 block walking distance. Parking (if you book and pay). Very nice accessible room. Loved the breakfast buffet. I will return. Highly recommend this hotel.

Felt like stepping back in time as they were very slow and tedious, still using walkie talkies to check if rooms were clean while 14 people wait in line to check in, housekeeping was a bit rough, moaning in the passage ways, breakfast constantly empty and a fight for a seat, way too many rooms for such little staff and the beds a feel cheap too. Also a funky smell in the passageway carpets. Wouldn’t stay here again for that price.

Friendly staff throughout our stay. Parking provided. Pool has heated water, nice place for a nightly soak. Sparkling clean poolside facilities & gym. Breakfast provided every morning & the food was surprisingly good. Variety was good enough & pretty much value for money which is what Holiday Inn Express is known for.

Any hotel that charges thier guests extra for parking is a poor choice. Location is in a building zone . Breakfast was warm at best . There are much better choices 1 kilometre up the road Edit. There was no $1 parking option on the. Booking site. And it's a very silly policy to disrupt a client a d receive a poor rating for $1.00... bad management
