Dear Patrick, The Peppers resort cannot be faulted.... stunning pools, beautiful gardens, great views and sensational location to explore the island on the cheapest bus fares in Australia ( $1 for full day tickets 50 metres from front door). But the real kicker is the fabulous knowledgeable staff and I will single out Karin here. From the moment we arrived early, towels to use pool, phone call to say room is ready an hour early, upgrade to stunning apartment, welcome bottle of bubbly for my wife's birthday 🥳🎉, and offer of late check out. She is what will make us return and recommend to all our friends in Melbourne. We hadn’t visited Maggie for years, so we booked two nights. The resort is beside the ferry terminal, with bus stop, shops, restaurants etc right there. Day ticket on the bus $1 each. Boardwalk restaurant was superb (dinner and 2 breakfasts). Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Two swimming pools. All staff were friendly and efficient. The weather was great. We loved it, and will return.

What an amazing group of people that keep this place running. We attended the restaurant last night to celebrate my brother’s 60th birthday and right from the start, the staff were amazing even though they were so busy. The food was amazing and there was something to suit everybody’s taste and it just kept coming. I won’t single out any one staff member because I know that they all worked together to make it a wonderful celebration. Thank you.

Beautiful property in a great location. I stayed at this property with my family, including 2 kids. We were given a room, with a great view of the marina. The room was so spacious and family friendly and had everything we needed (kitchen for cooking, washing machine and a cot for my little one). Buffet breakfast was delicious. Staff were kind and helpful. Swimming pool was ideal for the weather and kids had a great time. Location was convenient, with an IGA opposite and some great coffee too.

On the 22/02/2025, My wife and I returned to Magnetic Island after 30 years to celebrate the 80 birthday of a dear friend. We booked into your resort and we were upgraded to a beautiful apartment. My wife loved the apartment, the food and service from staff. Due to work commitments my wife at to go back early . Next time we hope to stay for a week. Thank you for making our stay a wonderful experience.
