Lovely resort located beside ferry terminal. We were fortunate to have a one bedroom apartment located at the front of the resort with ocean views. Stay included breakfast which was OK, but nothing to rave about. Four stars because of breakfast situation- slow to restock items, limited selection.

Superb accomodations. Brilliant harbour views, huge balcony. Sparkling clean and beautifully prepared. Amazing buffet breakfast, served hot! Huge shout out to Reception Host Sylvan. A warm welcome, very informed, approachable and professional. A credit to Peppers Blue!

Large sized hotel room with plenty of space, separate bathroom. (The room was not cluttered) Located about 30m from ferry terminal. The buffet breakfast is well worth the price of included with the room. Only negative is that you have to pay for barista style coffee.

This is a good hotel in a great location. The harbour view room is fantastic only let down by a terrible bed. Very lumpy, old and uncomfortable. The hotel has good facilities but is let down by very average service. Stayed one week and the room is never serviced. On check in, front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. When enquiring about room being serviced, told it was not included. Could not find anywhere on my reservation where it said room would not be serviced, especially in a premium room.

Dear Patrick, The Peppers resort cannot be faulted.... stunning pools, beautiful gardens, great views and sensational location to explore the island on the cheapest bus fares in Australia ( $1 for full day tickets 50 metres from front door). But the real kicker is the fabulous knowledgeable staff and I will single out Karin here. From the moment we arrived early, towels to use pool, phone call to say room is ready an hour early, upgrade to stunning apartment, welcome bottle of bubbly for my wife's birthday 🥳🎉, and offer of late check out. She is what will make us return and recommend to all our friends in Melbourne. Please thank or reward her in some way, she is a gem, and great customer service is getting harder to find 🤔👍🙏 Kind Regards Roger and Kerrie Dunn
