Waited 30 mins and got starters followed 2 mins later by mains! 3 steaks came. We chased for the rest. 10 mins later a fish meal arrived. Then when I chased for the remaining main they asked me what it was. Over one hour since arriving and no main ND having to chase. Management needs to take a look. Never used to he so bad here. Until improved I would not suggest coming here unless you are very patient. Fish meal had a salad which consisted of hot and cold items which was confusing to taste buds and really did not work at all. See picture. However the steaks were good

Amazing venue! We are super excited to be having our engagement party here next year and the service and accommodation already has been nothing less than perfect! Melvin has been such a great help and I couldn't compliment his attitude and customer service enough. Highly recommend for a casual day, night or a function. 100 out of 10 😊

Staff extremely attentive which is a pleasant change from many similar venues that expect you to order via QR code. Food was very tasty. It was very nice to be sitting outside. Nice atmosphere. It was a bit noisy inside but it was a busy night so that's to be expected.

My friend and I walked past the Newmarket Hotel. We noticed a very warm and friendly atmosphere and decided to go in for something to eat and a drink. We were very impressed with the Service staff who created this wonderful atmosphere. Their knowledge of the food and drinks menu was impeccable. The green curry spring rolls were delicious. We would highly recommend the Newmarket Hotel for the staff’s professional service, quality of food and welcome-friendly atmosphere.
