Went there on Christmas Day for their buffet. It was fabulous. Such an enjoyable Christmas lunch. There was no shortage of food or drinks which included so many delicious desserts. The queue was long at times but there was plenty of food to go around. The staff were amazing, even when they were knee deep in thirsty patrons, they kept smiling.

I had a mixed experience during my stay. Unfortunately, the check-in process was a bit delayed, as the receptionist arrived about 20 minutes late, and I noticed a slight sock smell in my room. On the bright side, the location is fantastic, and the cleanliness of the room, bathroom, and lobby is definitely a highlight! If you're planning to stay for more than two days, it might be worth exploring some other hotel options, but for shorter visits, this place has a lot to offer!

Spent one night here whilst going to a wedding nearby. Check in was smooth. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The showers were big and had great shampoo etc. Tea and coffee available in lounge. A great mix of other guests from individual travellers to families. Would definitely be back

Reviewing the staff rather than the hotel itself as we live locally and have not stayed there. The staff in the bars are all fantastic. They all go out of their way to look after us, and are super friendly, which makes a difference going somewhere local. Kylene is an absolute superstar, so friendly and bubbly, and nothing is too much trouble.

Family of 5 stayed in the 6 bunk room and we absolutely loved it. Aircon was on and room was so spacious. Bunk built strong and of quality. Shared toilets clean and showers made the stay feel extra fancy. We will definitely come back and recommend to anyone. Quick and friendly service. Thanks for having us.
