Had an absolute blast at Cardea Barangaroo! The vibe here is unmatched—rich, opulent red decor and a lively atmosphere with live music that makes every moment feel special. I got to try my hand at mixology with their interactive cocktail-making experience, which was so much fun and surprisingly easy to follow. The bartender was not only incredibly handsome but also super knowledgeable, walking me through every step with patience and great tips. Drinks turned out perfectly balanced and delicious! The noise level was just right—energetic but still easy to chat with friends, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. For a night of great drinks, fun activities, and a top-tier atmosphere, this is my new go-to spot in Barangaroo.

The bar revives the core of Art Deco style with a contemporary polish. The interior feels glamorous and dazzling. So much so it's quite theatrical. It reminded me of the movie Moulin Rouge or The Great Gatsby - the parties, the boisterousness, the banters and laughters. A nice place for an evening for a glass of wine or anything else. It's close to the harbour so you can pop out for a walk after. Definitely recommended.

Visited after work and had a really lovely time. The bar has a beautiful vintage atmosphere and feels perfect for a relaxed drink with friends. The cocktail I had was light and easy to drink, and the food was great — especially the oysters and lobster pasta. Would definitely come back again.

Overall, the concept may be good, but without proper visibility, the experience simply wasn’t worth it. Despite paying for tickets and drinks to the burlesque show, we were seated in the back corner behind the bar with virtually no view of the stage and were not made aware of this beforehand. For a performance like this, being able to actually see the show is fundamental — otherwise, what exactly are you paying for? The seating arrangement made it impossible to properly enjoy the experience. When we raised the issue, some staff members were not particularly responsive, which added to the disappointment. We booked Cardea for our Christmas party cocktail-making class and had an amazing time! George, our server and bartender, was absolutely fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience fun and engaging. The class was well-run, the service was top-notch, and everyone in our group had a blast learning (and tasting!) their creations. Highly recommend Cardea for any team event or celebration — great vibes, great drinks, and an unforgettable night. Thanks again to George for making it extra special! 🎄🍸
