Wow - what a gem! A beautiful, heritage, dog-friendly hotel in the heart of BrisVegas. Stunning decor, very chic rooms, awesome food, and absolutely amazing staff - with a big shout out to Daniel and Jade who were simply fabulous! And our little VID (their words for 'very important dog') was made feel more than welcome - cannot thank the team enough! Know exactly where we're staying next time we're down that way! 5 huge bright shining stars πππππ from us!

Great location and traditional smart ambience I went in for bar snacks, drinks and the jazz evening Good service from Jade and Adrien (?) Drinks and food nice - except the croquette which was too dry and I sent it back. It was replaced without question with the excellent empanada Music was pleasant though not 'very' jazzy. Nice singer with a bit of π· saxophone. Enjoyable though ππ» Very nice martinis - thanks Jade ππ»

10/10 Exceptional Stay at The Inchcolm Hotel! We recently stayed at The Inchcolm Hotel, a delightful 4-star dog-friendly hotel located in the heart of Brisbane's CBD. It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the building's stunning architecture and sophisticated blend of historic and modern styles, which added an extra touch of elegance to our stay. The warm and welcoming atmosphere extended to our furry friend as well. The hotel provided a thoughtful welcome pack for our dog, including treats, a toy, food, water, and a very comfortable bed and blanket β truly making it feel like a home away from home for our pup. The customer service at The Inchcolm Hotel was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. Our spacious and well-appointed room featured a separate living area that allowed us to unwind in comfort and style. We were delighted with every aspect of our stay and highly recommend The Inchcolm Hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious, pet-friendly experience in Brisbane. Thank you for a wonderful stay β we can't wait to return!

Very happy with our stay at the Inchcolm. Front desk staff are super and made everything easy and comfortable both in the hotel side and the bar. The evening social hour is a nice touch. Room is very comfortable, clean, and we slept well. Great location just a few steps from the central train station. This hotel is a great find. Don't bring kids here.

The Inchcolm is an incredibly beautiful venue that I am so happy to have booked for my wedding. We booked the entire hotel and so had a lot of the wedding guests staying in the hotel and they treated everyone with the same care. They left champagne not only in the bridal suite but in the rooms of the wedding party too. The staff were incredible - with huge shout outs to Sally (events manager) Daniel (manager) and Ally (bartender). Noone went without food or waited too long at the bar. They took care of everything wonderfully and I was not stressed in the slightest on the day. Ally even did a twist on a cocktail for me and they were just so delicious. When one bartender made a cocktail, they made sure to get someone else in the bar so people weren't waiting forever. The only hitches to me were the PA and the way the music sounded, and the art work not being there. I unfortunately didn't get to hear (meaning noone did) the lyrics to the songs of the first dance and father daughter dance, and as the Hotel had just been sold there were a bunch of wall art that went with it. I know this isn't really the fault of the venue, but I wasn't kept abreast of that information until it was done. Overall The Inchcolm was a gorgeous venue with so many beautiful places for photos. It is eclectic and fun, really being just a bit different which is totally my vibe. Would highly recommend not only having an event here, but staying as a guest. Everyone commented on just how special the venue was.
