We stayed last Thursday 10th October for one night. Thank you to everyone who made us feel so welcome and have the best experience. Nothing was a problem to find decaf capsules, booking in earlier, recommendations at dinner, to find a flower and to have gluten free options for breakfast. The room was very clean and spacious with great decor and finish. Thank you to all the staff! I can’t wait to come back to room 112.

Hotel has character but everything else ruins that. Rooms are comfy but mine smelled. Terrible continental breakfast despite the big tale they tell about their great dining experience. The shower pressure was poor and took ages for hot water. Rarely anybody at the service desk to deal with issues. The hotel is also over the top in its marketing and what it promises so it’d be better if this was toned down.

Great location and traditional smart ambience I went in for bar snacks, drinks and the jazz evening Good service from Jade and Adrien (?) Drinks and food nice - except the croquette which was too dry and I sent it back. It was replaced without question with the excellent empanada Music was pleasant though not 'very' jazzy. Nice singer with a bit of 🎷 saxophone. Enjoyable though 👌🏻 Very nice martinis - thanks Jade 👍🏻

Wow - what a gem! A beautiful, heritage, dog-friendly hotel in the heart of BrisVegas. Stunning decor, very chic rooms, awesome food, and absolutely amazing staff - with a big shout out to Daniel and Jade who were simply fabulous! And our little VID (their words for 'very important dog') was made feel more than welcome - cannot thank the team enough! Know exactly where we're staying next time we're down that way! 5 huge bright shining stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from us!

Flight cancelled so airline put us at the Incholm. Beautiful and very nice furnishings. Food was amazing. We had the three martini meal. Sqiud ink gnocchi n prawns eggplant tempura and pork belly couldnt be faulted. 3 martinis devine. Hin based but they also made wuth vodka for us. Restaurant waiter was amazing and great sense of humour.the building is very art Deco with amazing past era toys and everyday items which still work. Art work throughout was amazing. Thanks for a lovely stay.
