Absolutely perfect visit. Corinna on the front desk was so helpful and friendly. All the staff were amazing. The rooms were a bit dated but compensated with big space and very clean. Fabulous little extras with towel art. Possums, turtles, birds - everything is friendly and makes for a truly rare Australian holiday. Thank you so much for being such an original and genuine Aussie place to stay. So peaceful. Its not often that I get to recharge while on a business trip and working hard, but this hotel made it happen. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Rooms are good sized, super comfortable beds. Service each night of 4 is 10 out of 10, Paul is an absolute legend. Food was 100% times better than anything Townsville has to serve and ribs are to die for, also the Kondari Burger. Close to Everything, short walk to the Esplanade or the Botanical Gardens. Will be staying here next time we come down!

Just had the 300g sirloin absolutely delicious! Cooked to perfection yummy creamy garlic prawns , family really enjoyed their meals also. The manager Paul absolute gentleman working the floor checking on tables, super friendly .. definitely come back for that steak again it was spot on

Excellent location, close to beach and Marina. Top local bistro , pokies and pub area's. Rooms to suit single workers or families with children. Friendly staff and plenty to see and do. From a refreshing swim in the pool to gazing at the lake and watching the wildlife including turtles.

The food was absolutely amazing, the hospitality and customer service is just perfect. Paul in the bistro was super friendly. And all the bar ladies were amazing. Highly recommend visiting.
