thats my kangaroo jack
was really disappointed with the service at Kondari recently. The male worker at the bar was extremely rude, and it made the whole experience unpleasant. As customers, we expect a certain level of respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, that was not the case this time. I hope management takes this feedback on board and works on improving customer service. A little kindness goes a long way! Has anyone else experienced something similar?

I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. The website and advertisement states that they have complementary wifi but the signal is so weak that you’ll find yourself having to hot spot the television. The shower is made for incredibly short people. I’d recommend a prison cell before recommending spending any of your hard earned money on staying here. There are so many loud and obnoxious people that stay here and unfortunately, drug users. Don’t bother complaining because in the end, the managers turn it all around and make out that it’s you who are doing these things. They will claim to have footage that does not exist and then refuse to show you said footage. But I guess that happens when they don’t actually have the evidence to back up their claims. This is a horrible place to stay. I have booked an appointment to share my story with a local newspaper. The one star that I’ve had to provide in order to give this review should be the for the lovely young girl we had serving our dinner. She was amazing and so polite.

For $280. a night in budget room ( I know its Xmas but,room is atrocious .Both have sore backs from the bed, soap holder in bathroom keeps coming out of the wall ,ironing board cover is old and stained and comes off while your ironing, there was no cutlery plates or toaster but plenty of dish liquid to clean up after yourself Old and dated which I'm ok with but need to drop price , and put stuff In there that you would need if staying for a few days ,maybe have a sleepover yourself best way to understand what I'm saying .

Food was OK, just not as good as I hoped for pub fare. The location is great, heaps of turtles in the lake and relaxing views. What stood out for me was Thalia, the restaurant lead, she was possibly the best customer service person I have seen. Smart, fast, effective and an infectious smile

My partner and I got a feed tonight and yesterday AMAZING food! Also love that they have a courtesy bus! Helps when you have a little to drink! Highly recommend the girls there are lovely also!!
