Food was OK, just not as good as I hoped for pub fare. The location is great, heaps of turtles in the lake and relaxing views. What stood out for me was Thalia, the restaurant lead, she was possibly the best customer service person I have seen. Smart, fast, effective and an infectious smile

Just recently had an overnight stay at the Kondari Hotel just for a little family holiday and what an amazing time we had. Staff where very friendly and helpful on arrival which made things very easy to get all booked in. Could not fault this place at all the room was amazing and the food at the bistro was very yummy and filling. Kids loved the pool, basketball court, looking at the turtles in the lake and much more you can do there. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We will be returning guest and can't wait to go back for another family holiday.

Three of us went here for a meal on a busy Saturday night. Good thing we booked as it was very busy. I tried to order using the qr code, but it wouldn't accept payment, so I went to the register. The woman serving was friendly and asked the kitchen to give me just slaw instead of salad. They were okay with this, which is great, as more and more places will not accommodate peoples taste, and I end up throwing away most of the salads. My uncle got the drinks, and he commented that the bar staff didn't really know what they were doing, but he eventually got the right drinks. We had to wait in line a bit for both, I don't think it was unreasonable for how busy it was, and we have had to wait a lot longer at other establishments. The garlicbread came out quickly, and the meals were not long after that. We all enjoyed our meal. It was good pub food. Nothing fancy or standout. We would go again.

Recently stayed at Kondari Hotel due to the price & close proximity to the Urangan pier. The rooms were basic but very clean and room service was available every day. From extra towels to extra tea & coffee, nothing was too much trouble for the lovely, friendly staff! The food was great at the bistro & the service exceptional. A cocktail at sunset out on their balcony went down well as did the pizza & sweet potato chips we took back to our room one night.(Super yummy)! BBQ'd outside our room opposite the lake & fed the turtles & baby ducklings; a great experience for the kids & kids at heart. We did not need to hire a car as there was a courtesy bus that accommodated us when possible. Overall, staying at Kondari was a very pleasurable experience due to its facilities, location, value for money & importantly cleanliness! Paul & I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to each & every staff member who went over & beyond to make our holiday in Hervey Bay a memorable one! We will definitely be back!

So so very friendly The food was amazing,good old fashion pub food and prices, the staff were under the pump die to a function on, but that did not stop them from treating their other patrons perfectly. And also the beer was cold.,can not comment on accomodation as we stayed in the caravan park down the road, but it did look OK as well. Well done all especially the young Bistro manager
