Really like the new look and design. Food was great! Will return. Updated: 18.06.26 Took mum for bday lunch. Thank you for wonderful service and delicious meals. And the desserts were superb.

Very disappointed with the meals received last night. Ordered medium well steak which was burnt and barely edible (see photos). If I pay $47 for a steak I expect it to be perfectly cooked. Mentioned this to staff who apologised and said the chefs have trouble cooking steak and it happens a lot?! Ummm isn’t this saying something?? Fish was watery and bland. The chips were way over salted. We sat for ages waiting for our table to be cleared. No one asked how we found everything. We were also waiting for a kids dessert only to be told we had to go to the bar to get it. This would have been nice to have been told when the meals were brought out. Then when we got the dessert it wasn’t even the one we ordered *facepalm*. We won’t be back. Never again! We have been disappointed too many times before and after renos. Good luck.

My daughter and I arrived at 3:55pm to watch league game, we sat down at table and ordered some drinks, table service. We got a pot of beer and hot chocolate. We ordered food, I received my beer 20mins and was still waiting for the hot chocolate 1hr later. I spoke to the manager about the hot chocolate and said we were sitting at table 347, she said she would check. I went back to the table and waited another 20mins before I went back to the bar, pushed in the line as now I was pissed off for waiting and said, hey we're is my hot chocolate? She pointed and said there sitting on the bar 🤬😡, I said I ordered it as table service I thought you would have delivered it!.Lotty shrugged her shoulders and dismissed me very quickly. When we received food the sour cream was runny,warm and definitely did not taste like it. I returned it to the kitchen and made a complaint..They gave me a new one that was poured into a small dish from a sauce squeeze bottle. When I questioned the texture and taste the kitchen staff stated thats our mixture!. I said its been watered down and cheap, definitely not sour cream. We then ordered another pot of beer, can of Diet Coke and pkt of twists chips, which again we waited 20mins for drinks and got messed around waiting for the chips. We visited the hotel for mothers day dinner the service and food was 10/10 hence why we returned again Sunday 17th May. But unfortunately Lottys service is 2/10 and we will not be returning to Fitzzys Waterford.

We celebrated my daughters 14th birthday dinner here on Saturday the 11/10/2025. We found the staff inviting and engaging and willing to assist us regarding all of our daughters needs. We had 14 guests and they all had a great time. Even though due to the renovations we were able, still on a limited menu to get good food in a timely manner. The staff were all delightful and courteous. They engaged when they came to the table and were very polite. The food was cooked beautifully and was a really good meal. There was a great mood and temperament set by the locale and ease of access to parking and the building.

Had lunch with friends today and we were all very impressed. Meals were very well prepared and presented and the service was outstanding. Great venue and highly recommended. We look forward to our next visit. Linda and Neil Calamvale
