We had a family birthday catch up. We thought the food was great, good size portions and didn't take long to come out. They look after the kids, worth colouring books and a variety of kids meals, which are great too. The play area is great, where you can see from your seating and go in and supervise. We didn't feel crammed in, plenty of space between tables. Noise factor was good outside. Plenty of TVs around if you like to watch sport etc.. The staff were amazing bringing our cake out with candles, plates and a knife, which we weren't expecting. That's great service. Thank you too the Chief and Staff.

Really like the new look and design. Food was great! Will return. Updated: 18.06.26 Took mum for bday lunch. Thank you for wonderful service and delicious meals. And the desserts were superb.

Very disappointed with the meals received last night. Ordered medium well steak which was burnt and barely edible (see photos). If I pay $47 for a steak I expect it to be perfectly cooked. Mentioned this to staff who apologised and said the chefs have trouble cooking steak and it happens a lot?! Ummm isn’t this saying something?? Fish was watery and bland. The chips were way over salted. We sat for ages waiting for our table to be cleared. No one asked how we found everything. We were also waiting for a kids dessert only to be told we had to go to the bar to get it. This would have been nice to have been told when the meals were brought out. Then when we got the dessert it wasn’t even the one we ordered *facepalm*. We won’t be back. Never again! We have been disappointed too many times before and after renos. Good luck.

We celebrated my daughters 14th birthday dinner here on Saturday the 11/10/2025. We found the staff inviting and engaging and willing to assist us regarding all of our daughters needs. We had 14 guests and they all had a great time. Even though due to the renovations we were able, still on a limited menu to get good food in a timely manner. The staff were all delightful and courteous. They engaged when they came to the table and were very polite. The food was cooked beautifully and was a really good meal. There was a great mood and temperament set by the locale and ease of access to parking and the building.

Downloaded The Pass app and got $10 off, which was a great bonus 🙌 Visited Fitzy’s Waterford recently and really enjoyed the experience. The newly built deck looks fantastic — such a relaxed and comfortable spot to sit, especially with the nice outdoor vibe. The steak was delicious and cooked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere made it even better. Staff were friendly and everything felt easy and welcoming. Definitely a place I’d come back to
