We stopped here for lunch on Monday 12 May. It was the best ever steak sandwich my dad and hubbie have ever had!! The chips were superb. The lady at the bar serving us was engaging and friendly. It made us feel so welcome. Definitely will recommend this to everyone we know.

Great Atmosphere, a True West End Gem The Boundary Hotel in West End is a standout venue that beautifully blends its historic charm with a modern and vibrant atmosphere. With its variety of spaces, including a lively public bar, a more relaxed beer garden, and a fantastic rooftop bar, there's a spot to suit almost any mood or occasion. The food menu offers a good range of upmarket pub fare. On our visit, the steak was a definite highlight, cooked perfectly to the medium-rare we requested. The fish and chips were also excellent, with a generous portion size and fantastic flavour. The only slight letdown was the risotto, which, while tasty, was a bit small in size. Service was generally friendly and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there and were attentive to customer needs. Overall, The Boundary Hotel is a top choice in West End for a great meal, a casual drink, or a night out with friends. Its fantastic atmosphere, excellent food, and versatile spaces make it a reliable and enjoyable destination. It's a solid 4-star experience, and we'll certainly be back.

Just had the best experience here thanks to JED! Impeccable service and I really appreciated the excellent sparkling recommendation - a great drop if you love Brut Cuvée! The ambiance is perfect—whether you’re looking for a lively night out or a cozy spot to unwind. Amazing atmosphere, fantastic drinks, and top-notch service. Definitely coming back again soon. This is a terrible experience. I ordered the Angus strip loin rare and received a very medium steak. This flavour was lacking and was not what I asked for. This is shameful to the food industry and if you are looking for a good steak, do not come here. $49 down the drain.
