Had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is luxury, warm and feels like one-of-a-kind. I had one of the Terrace Suite rooms - if you love a spacious room and and a view, I can highly recommend it. The house keeping team is amazing. The service of the front desk was exceptional, so friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Brooke for her hospitality and Nick for working his magic so I could stay in my room for the last night.

We stayed in the New York Style Loft -the room was fabulous! The service was friendly and attentive. What lets them down and is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is their terrible room service menu! I couldnt even order a skim milk latte in the morning as the ordering system hasnt been set up correctly to recognise skim milk, every time tried adding it got an error - it is a simple configuration setting they have missed and one which they should easily be able to rectify. I did enjoy a skim milk latte from their Luma bar when I went down and ordered, so they can cater for it. The food options for room service was also limited as was their in person dining. Arriving late I was hoping to order room service but their menu options are limited and none to my liking. I appreciate a limited menu for late night, but even breakfast options were terrible and over priced (even for room service and I am willing to pay). Saw another guest order uber eats one night and I think they have the right idea! The location is convenient for what we wanted and the valet parking is great and close by. It was easier to go down and ask reception when we were ready for the car rather than call as they took ages to answer the phone, or no answer at all. We didnt mind heading down to get the car. Would certainly stay again based on the room type and location.

Had two nights here on a birthday weekend and could not fault it! The rooms were stunning. Beds are super comfy and amenities were great. We used the pool and spa which was a great way to start and end each day. Service from all staff we encountered was friendly, polite and welcoming. Nick and Brooke on front desk were both lovely and made us feel so welcomed. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. Beautiful!

We loved it! Stayed for my husband’s birthday, we did a three course dinner & had breakfast the next day. Food was delicious! Absolutely loved the whole experience, everyone was so nice, they gave us a special chocolate gift and free beers to our room for his birthday. The room was gorgeous & had the most comfortable bed. Would definitely stay again!
