The stay overall was satisfactory. Staff were helpful, polite and available. However, the room was far from great. A rear access looking directly into a corridor of the building behind. Sound was a real issue with both nights having thumping music coming through the windows and the floor. While the sound was outside the hotel, the rooms should be built to adequately reduce exterior noise to an acceptable level.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to attend the footy. It was a very great spot for where we had dinner reservations as well as heading to the game afterwards. Along with the location, we were pleasantly surprised with the cosiness of the room. All staff were very welcoming and nice to deal with.

Stayed here for 2 nights in a New York style loft. The room was fantastic, the bathroom had a double headed shower, with double size spa, it is on the top floor with a balcony. The location is right on North Terrace, so everything was close. The staff are magnificent. I felt welcomed the moment I walked into the lobby. The cleaning staff do a great job keeping everything at a 5 star level. I stay in a lot of hotels and The Playford is in my top 3. I have no problems recommending your next stay should be at The Playford.

We had a lovely stay at the Playford, the team were very accommodating - we arrived very early with two tired kids - they went above and beyond to get us an early check-in whilst we chilled at the pool. The rooms were well cleaned everyday and the cleaning staff very friendly as were all the staff. We were there for a basketball tournament - the location was perfect as we were 15 minutes from all the various stadiums. It was a quick walk to the shops and restaurants.

Our second time booking a New York Loft. Beautifully appointed room and magnificent staff. They are always pleasant and happy to help. It is the finer things and finishing touches that make a stay special, and Playford Adelaide has this down to an art. Also highly recommend the dinner and buffet breakfast service.
