We had a fantastic stay at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort. The location is simply stunning,nestled among rolling vineyards with panoramic views of the Barossa Valley. It’s the perfect escape if you’re looking for nature and easy access to some of Australia’s best wineries. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-appointed, with a lovely private balcony overlooking the valley. The bed was very comfortable. The Novotel Team was amazing. Good Job Team.

A stunning resort nestled in amongst beautiful scenery. Rooms spacious clean and smart appliances and furniture. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our two night stay. The restaurant offers a substantial breakfast that is hearty with all the trimmings. Dinner on the other hand is not very good. My food on both nights was okay and was average in the scheme of things. I find the prices very unreasonable and unfair. 50 dollars for all dishes. I’ve never struck that before. We had the vegetarian option one night. Half a cabbage. 50 dollars, I really can’t comprehend that. If we didn’t have the Accor plus card we wouldn’t have eaten there on the second night. Otherwise a great stay.

I was at the resort for a work conference, I have to say it was an amazing choice of venue. The rooms were a great size and well equipped, views from everywhere were fantastic. The conference rooms were a great size and catering was really nice. I would definitely return again with family or for business

Nice and comfy room with stunning views. Take 1 star away for the overpriced food, which was burnt and basic.The dumplings came in brown balls that I had never seen in my life. Service is slow. Staff are cold. So if you would like to have a romantic dinner, get some food, drinks and eat it on your room balcony. I would definitely come back to stay but not eat in the restaurant.

Wonderful Anniversary from start to finish. Kelly on Reception is exceptional, smiling face, helpful and told the wait staff for our evening meal to look after us. We got 2 glasses of champagne plus excellent service from Hannah and Sarah who are so personable. The meal was really good as were the rooms and view we will definitely be back again.
