Very peaceful and beautiful surrounds. Really friendly staff, always happy to help. The restaurant food for dinner was lovely and the views from there are so calming and relaxing. We also used the pool which was so refreshing. Loved our 2 day stay here and wish we could have stayed longer. Plus our room was spacious, nice and clean with great views. Hopefully we will be back one day soon.

We stayed in a standard room and it was so lovely! We had a wonderful view, lots of space and the shower was fantastic! Staff were very accommodating and even gave us a little gift for celebrating our wedding anniversary. We used our Accor plus membership at the cellar kitchen restaurant, which meant dinner and breakfast were both really good value!

A Memorable Anniversary Stay - January 11-12 My husband and I recently stayed at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort to celebrate our 19th anniversary, and it was a truly unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special, greeted us with warmth and ensured everything was taken care of. The room was impeccable, spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the spa bath and the view from the window added a perfect touch to the experience. It was clear that every element of the room was thoughtfully curated to provide a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. A special treat was place in the bar fridge and that was truly thoughtful and added an extra element of surprise. We also enjoyed a swim in the beautiful pool and the atmosphere was lovely, we had a delicious dinner at the restaurant and the service was top-notch. It was the perfect setting overlooking the beautiful view of the valley. Overall, our stay at Novotel Barossa Valley Resort was everything we hoped for and more. It truly made our anniversary extra special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway.

5 stars! Everything about our 2 night stay was perfect. The staff were the highlight. I've never met such nice hotel staff who went out of their way to help, spoke very nicely and were always there when you needed them. I'm an Aussie and just not used to this level of service. Rooms, facilities and surrounds were amazing. We were here cycling the Barossa and this was an excellent place to stay.

HI Team, Had some great experiences and some not so great experiences, more so around restaurant staffing and training. At breakfast both mornings was quite disorganized and with no staff asking for coffee orders, i went up to the Barista who provided bluntly a white paper to put my order in and then i had to ask what table no i was on, she pointed to a map of your restaurant to work it out myself! I found this rather unusual for high end hotel. Food was also just ok for breakfast. Dinner at the Restaurant was rather nice, although i wasn't a big fan of my main meal the Lamb Wellington. Some dishes were missed in our group order. But friendly service nonetheless. The Rooms were nice and overall, a good stay, just need some staff training in the restaurant.
