Just want to say thank you to the staff at reception and event staff for going above and beyond for seniors. From the minute we were welcomed at reception to walking into the event upstairs. Exceptional. The hotel room was ideal for limited mobility. Shower was hot and beds were very comfortable; logic brain;- bring earplugs no matter what. The event meals were incredible and presentation 10/10. Breakfast dining was fresh and ample. If you're after nature the parklands are right at your doorstep. I can see this place going above for conferences. Lets keep SA hotels like this on interstate lips as Rydges has truly impressed me.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a meal in the restaurant as well as the breakfast. Food was lovely and plentiful. Room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. Our negative experience was the noise coming from above our room. It sounded like someone was dragging a chair across a tiled floor. I spoke to reception and was told there was only a vacant room above us. I contacted reception again and said the noise was consistent. They said they would have to get maintenance to look into it on Monday. The noise really made it difficult to enjoy a sleep. We actually bought ear plugs. Don’t book a room the 4th floor.

The outside of the hotel doesn’t look special. But the room are newly renovated. The shower is nice and hot. The beds are comfy. We had an event here too and the event room has a beautiful view, a dance floor and a bar attached. Breakfast was also delicious and they have cold press juices.

Very happy with our wedding and 2 nights stay in the spa room. Room was spacious and the bathroom was modern, with 2 person shower and a spa bath. The staff are amazing and went above and beyond in their duties. They really helped to make our wedding a success. Claire was the coordinator and planner behind all the organising of the wedding, and she really does her job well. Thanks again for making our night a memorable one and we will be back again

We stayed here for 3 days and also to attend our nieces wedding which was also at the hotel. I can't praise the hotel and staff enough..... It was superb! All the staff could not have been more helpful or polite Christy at the front desk on arrival was such a wonderful help to us and Faraan on the desk as well was so nice and helpful , they are a real credit to the hotel. We will certainly be back ....the wedding event was faultless. So thank you 5 stars
