Had Christmas lunch with 17 family members today. Hands down incredibly organized, service was great, food was amazing and an abundance of it. included in the price was a 3 hour drink package.and the kids got a gift. I couldn’t recommend this place more. Thank you, see you next year 🙏

The hotel bistro is a fantastic spot for a casual meal or family outing. The food quality is excellent, especially for the price—portions are generous, and the flavors are always consistent, whether it's your first visit or your fifteenth. The staff are warm and welcoming, providing attentive service that really enhances the experience. It's also a great place for families, with a friendly atmosphere and recently renovated facilities that are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for good food, great service, and a relaxing time!

I have now been at this centre for a couple weddings. Richard the coordinator is amazing! Such attention to detail. He is so friendly and bubbly there is no way you can not have a great time. The food is so good as well!

I don't even know where to start..... Our Safta Family Christmas Day Experience The staff.... Bar..... Had confusion about drink prices Soft drinks were meant to be included??? This was not always the case, and unless we haggled we didn't get soft drinks for free Restaurant...... Absolutely fantastic, we were never rushed into placing our order, they instantly solved any problems, were patron focused at all times Congratulations to management, you chose your staff very well The food.... The food was beautiful, very well presented, no surprises here as we've eaten in here before I'd like to say ..... Thankyou to all the staff who sacrificed their Christmas Day to make our Christmas Day so wonderful

Fabulous lunch with family today, food was generous and very tasty. Staff were so helpful with my dish, even got to chat with the chef as I have a lot of food intolerances and they happily made changes to suit. Yummy! Thanks Mawson Lakes Hotel, will definitely come back again.
