Reviews for Intercontinental Adelaide

This is nice hotel but only offers valet parking at $60 a night. Didn't try their restaurants as there are many within walking distance. My room had a great view of the river. Staff friendly.

Recommended. Rooms are a bit dated, however excellent service, nice heated pool for the kids and superb value for money breakfast buffet. Location is excellent for exploring the city. Tram and buses within walking distance.

My wife and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in town and we chose to have breakfast at Intercontinental. What a great surprise! We had a lovely morning, awesome food and an impeccable view of the Oval and the riverbank. Jay and the restaurant team were impeccable, and the price was surprisingly affordable. I really recommend staying in Adelaide and having similar experience!

We stayed here last weekend and never again. The rooms are so outdated for the price you pay, our room had a musky/mouldy smell. The pillows were like sleeping on bricks and we wouldn't even sit on the lounge due to the stains all over it. The hallways are so dark and dirty and have marks all over the walls. The bar staff are just rude and the wait was ridiculous and I was refused a coffee even though other people were having them. Wouldn't reccomend the place to anyone and would definitely not be back!!!

My wife and I loved our 2 night stay at InterContinental Adelaide during a trip to South Australia. The centrally located property is walking distance from great restaurants, bars and cafes in Adelaide. Spacious rooms feature great amenities and I especially love the large all marble bathrooms. They are very elegant. I’ve stayed at several Intercontinental’s during my travels and the bathrooms at this property are my favorite. We rented a car and enjoyed exploring the nearby wineries in South Australia. It was a fantastic trip, and this hotel was a great base for it. I would love to stay here again on a future trip to Adelaide.
