Reviews for ibis Adelaide

Despite the fact we had about $200 worth of clothing stolen from the dryer, we enjoyed our stay. There needs to be a camera installed at the laundry door. The Manager, Storm was very supportive and helpful but he still wasn't able to reimburse us for the stolen clothing. Good location. Good restaurant. Lovely staff.

We were only staying the one night before moving on but it was a reasonably comfy room with all the mod-cons you'd expect. Service was good, but a bit slow at times and the staff were very friendly. The included breakfast buffet was pretty good, too! For the one night it was perfectly fine, but I personally wouldn't stay for longer periods or while on longer holidays.

Love the layer of security having to use the card for elevator access and having the receptionists there all night. The discrete side doors near the elevators are super useful also. The rooms are largely sound proofed, neat, tidy and the large floor to ceiling windows are great for exposing the whole room to natural light and a great view.

Our stay at Ibis Adelaide was thoroughly enjoyable. For an affordable hotel, it offered great value and outstanding service. We arrived early in the day after a flight and were really appreciative that the team allowed us to check in ahead of time since our room was ready—this was a huge relief after a long journey. Every staff member we encountered was accommodating. In all, it was a very comfortable and smooth stay. Would definitely recommend!

While the room was basic, e.g no wardrobe (just a hanging rack), the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Also a super clean bathroom with great shower. Excellent choice if you’re $ conscious and want an inner city base. Very friendly and helpful staff on reception.
