I got very clean and comfortable room with beautiful view to city. Everything in room was restocked everyday. The room and toilet also cleaned everyday. The receptionist and housekeeper so humble and helpful. Unforgettable experience as this was my first time come to Adelaide and got good service from this hotel.

Everything was great until the air-con failure. Love the location and services, great room. Until the last day, the air-con in the room having problems and the maintenance team can't fix it, was told will fixed within hour, then 5pm then... It was the warmest day, 30 degree Celsius, of our stay and have to wait until the sun set then we can finally get some rest, yet, don't think it is fixed by the time we check out.

Just a very good hotel, simple and effective although rooms could be slightly bigger. The gym was probably the best feature here, spotless and machines are modern and look brand new. Very nice bars and restaurants around the corner!

Good location. Close to the gardens and the river walk, as well as shops. Would have liked the bathroom to be stocked with some soap, shampoo, conditioner and shower cap. The breakfast was good, with lots of choices.
