The Rockford is well renovated and located not far on foot from the river and key sights in Adelaide including MOD. Our Deluxe room was spacious with a separate bedroom and we made use of the kitchenette. The rooftop pool area is pleasant for relaxing although there is no bar there. The staff were friendly, and the buffet breakfast was good.

Two night stay in a regular room. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful upon arrival and throughout stay. The included breakfast was excellent and pastries outstanding - compliments to the chef! The hotel needed a bit of love via a thorough clean in some areas, replacement of missing tiles in the pool area (what happened to the spa?) and fixing the AC ventilation in our room as it was uncomfortably warm. Decent location with good parking nearby. Hindley St, Rundle Mall and Adelaide Oval precincts a short stroll away.

Will never stay again. Our room was dirty, pubes in the shower, floor not vacuumed, bed looked like a 5 year old made it. And the queen bed mattress was 2 single mattresses pushed together. One was hard and was was soft so ended up sleeping on a zip. Reception staff were as dry as an old piece of toast. And difficult to talk to. Even after showing them photos of the disgusting room, we weren’t even offered free breakfast or even an apology. Now 3 days after staying at this sad excuse for a hotel, I’m getting charged $200 to my account, despite having the room inspected prior to us leaving and being told it was in good order. Called reception and they couldn’t give me any information or communicate effectively so I’m calling back in the morning. What was already a bad experience has now turned into an absolute pain in my backside. I’d avoid at all costs.

We love coming to the hotel it is our regular spot while we stay in Adelaide. We love all the hotel facilities including the restaurant for buffet breakfast in the morning happy hour in the bar. We love swimming in roof top pool area. Hotel staff were fantastic while we were staying there to help us out with the air conditioning in our room. The under ground carpark kept our car safe and sound. Highly recommended for accommodation in Adelaide.

A good option. Comfortable and well positioned for business. A few plugs in the room do not work making for a bit of hassle around charging phones and computers. Breakfast is reasonable. Room service closes very early at night making meals difficult on work trips. Other than that, it was good.
