Had a great time at Mountain Goat in Newtown. The beers were awesome and the buffalo wings were amazing. The staff were friendly and the vibe was relaxed. Easily one of the best craft beer venues in Newtown, Sydney.

Came in on Monday for a feed and they were out of everything. No chicken, no vegetables, ect. Absolutely bare. Went up to the bar twice trying to order and gave up. Had a pretzel with the cheese sauce which was split and tasted of vinegar. Great looking venue but it was a terrible experience.

Awesome experience at Mountain Goat tonight. The fish and chips were fantastic, and the Caesar salad was fresh and delicious. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and the music was at a perfect volume. The best part is that it's dog-friendly! Highly recommend.

3rd times tonight came with hubby for dinner. For a pub food that you paid $38 for steak is nothing!! Why? The steak is real medium rare, the sauce, chips and lettuce??? Is like paying $60 steak! Bartenders are very friendly. The employees deserved 1000 stars rating The vibe though… incredibly amazing
