Our stay was very enjoyable. The staff made us feel welcome and valued. Nothing was too much trouble. I would especially like to mention Grant at reception, as he was warm and welcoming on our arrival, and full of great ideas and suggestions for our stay. We would also like to single out Hannah, Kelsey and Pam in the restaurant. These three ladies offered exceptional service and always had time to talk with us and make us feel special. The location is excellent, only an hours drive from the airport. The surroundings are idyllic and the wildlife (birds, kangaroos, echidnas) make the walking trail around the resort very special. I’d definitely come back.

Firstly, the staff at Novotel Barossa were very accommodating and friendly. Top marks👍🏼 Our family room we expected to be 4 star but was fairly tired and really required some much needed updates to the lounge/dining area. 3 star? No power point for the fridge in the kitchen so was set up in the dining area? Lounge was stained and dirty Bathroom had been renovated and was as expected as a 4 star and the bedroom and bedding was comfortable and clean. As said before the staff were faultless for our stay

Rooms are showing signs of age and could do with better cleaning. We booked a 2 bedroom apartment, the dining room chairs were dirty and the outside patio furniture is covered in cob webs. Great facilities for the family and an amazing location in the Barossa. All of the wineries and restaurants we visited were no more than a 15 minute drive. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great experience! Staff were great from the start. Room was 'roomy', clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. The TV didn't work so someone came fairly quickly and fixed it in 5mins - great service ! Breakfast and dinner was great. ALL of the staff were great - friendly & happy and so helpful. Couldn't have asked for better.

We enjoyed our stay and found the staff very friendly and helpful. The restaurant there is excellent. An excellent location in the Barossa, with a lovely view of rolling hills across the valley and only 10 minutes from Tanunda and many wineries.
