Novotel My partner and I stayed here a few years ago and enjoyed our stay then… but it was extra fabulous this time. The room was beautiful and spacious with a priceless view of the vineyards. Dinner was exquisite! We had the 3 courses with wine pairing. I was starving heading in to the restaurant and absolutely stuffed rolling out of the restaurant. The scallops and lamb were cooked perfectly, and the wonderful chefs even made me a birthday brownie that is probably one of the best I’ve ever had. I just wish the fire was on in the restaurant, for heating purposes but also for the extra ambience it gives. Otherwise, I can’t fault anything about the room, service and dining. We will be back!

Stayed here for 4 nights with the family. 2 bedroom accommodation was spacious and few things to do with the kids there - pool, outdoor chess, table tennis, kids corner, basketball and tennis courts. Free wine tasting from the smaller vineyards was nice as well. Good overall experience.

The stay was just beautiful! Everyone went above and beyond with us having a toddler and whatever made it easier for us. There is something to do for everyone! Best customer service I have experienced in any resort or hotel! The grounds are stunning also.

Hotel itself and Rooms were very clean, as you would expect from Novotel. Bed was very comfortable. BREAKFAST is Great!! Lot of options :) When driving to hotel we didn't thought that it will be that far away from city. Due to the extreme hot conditions we didn't enjoy the entire property but if you play GOLF a nice place to visit. Also ask for a room over looking pool.

Property is nice enough - too bad it came with such an awful room. $360 for a room with a fridge that was whining the entire night, like a high pitched squeal. Not to mention the bathroom fan that sounds like a car engine and doesnt turn off for 20 minutes, which is just lovely when going to the bathroom in the middle of the night. The bathroom pipes squeal like they’re about to burst. I could hear every movement of the people in the room above and half their conversations. There was old milk cakes onto the bottom of the milk steamer machine. And the only really positive experience I had with staff was a friendly housekeeping lady a couple of minutes before I left. Arrived late (12.30) to check in and had to wait 20 mins in the lobby for someone to come help. I’m honestly dumbfounded at the price / quality ratio. It’s a borderline motel experience for 5 star prices. Will not be back and will not recommend.
