The location is very good. I attended my friend wedding on level1. The food is amazing , well balanced with tastes. Got balcony outside the restaurant. Service is amazing ! Shout out to Wang, Shane and bar girl(didn’t get her name) . I will back for dinner other times. Really enjoyed my time with ibis kitchen !

Our stay at the Ibis Hotel was overall a great experience. The receptionist who served us was absolutely fantastic, warm, professional, and very accommodating. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything, and the view from our room was simply spectacular. However, the lavatory was blocked, which was a bit inconvenient during our stay, it did take away from what would’ve been a perfect experience. The room itself was tidy and comfortable, and we appreciated the modern design and quiet atmosphere. Still, I’d definitely stay here again for the great service and unbeatable location.

The room had a great view, I was upgraded to a city view room, which is worth it. The location is amazing next to Adelaide Arcade, close to Rundle Mall and a Coles. The hotel is clean and safe. I don't think I'll stay in an Ibis again, however. It is very bare bones. It is rated at a 4 star, but I doubt it due to lack of amenities. For not much more you can stay in a hotel with better service. The staff were cold, when I asked for things from the reception the manager shouted at me "This is an Ibis!", read- not a good hotel. Breakfast is not worth what they charge. The coffee is $5 extra. The breakfast at the Pullman is $5 more, much better food and includes barrista coffee and omlette bar. There is a $150 security deposit. I was asked to pay $60 for early check-in despite being Accor Gold- leaving me wondering what is the point of Accor status.

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. The room was moderate sized but fully equipped. We had TV, free WiFi, kettle with complimentary teabags and coffee sachets, fridge, hair dryer, iron and safe. The bathroom had no bathtub, only a shower. The room was cleaned and made up daily. The breakfast was good quality but almost the same menu every day so it got a bit monotonous after the second day. The location is excellent, right in the CBD, next to Adelaide Arcade and Rundle Mall a short walk away. There were also many cafes nearby. The North Terrace and Art Gallery is within walking distance from this hotel. We had a pleasant stay here.

My recent stay at the Ibis Adelaide was indeed a pleasurable experience. The location is second to none in my opinion as all the shops, parks, and main locations are a short walk away. The staff were also exceptional and accommodating especially the reception team.
