Late review - apologies! We celebrated a belated family Christmas at the Mile End Hotel. The staff were spectacular in helping us plan the lunch and went above and beyond on the day to make sure we all had a great time. They even found some Christmas decorations from storage to make it extra special. Everybody enjoyed their meals. One of our group is sensitive to chili and asked to have no chili on their pasta and it was perfect for them. The two other people found it a bit spicy so just ask and the staff will be more than accommodating. Thanks again to all who looked after us. It may well become a regular event for us!

Four of us went to the hotel for a birthday dinner for myself. All our meals were served promptly and were delicious. One of the staff noticed I was opening birthday cards and much to my surprise, a short time later she came back with a card with birthday wishes written inside and also to go to the bar for a complimentary drink or dessert! This was most unexpected and a lovely gesture, thank you! Such a lovely old pub with decades of memories no doubt. Can recommend this lovely hotel for your next night out.

We had lunch on a warm Sunday afternoon. The chicken burger and chicken Parmi were cooked to perfection and Dom the lady who served us was definitely an asset to the hotel. Her attention to us was observant , not pushy and wanting to offer good customer service. Thoroughly enjoyed and will be returning for another meal. Well done.

We called in for lunch and had the BEST salt & pepper squid ever, plus a GF Gnocchi. Care was taken to ask all the right questions about allergies and meals came out in no time! This pub has such an awesome vibe and lovely staff. We'll be back.
