The staff immediately made my Birthday dinner special. We took advantage of a couple of drinks using the happy hour promotion. Went to the restaurant room. The food was simply amazing. Shared entries came out hot and all at once. The mains were world class, just amazing. Just to top this experience a dietary compliant complimentary dessert, such a surprise. Treat yourself and go out to The End, it will surprise and great value for money

Had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Mile End Hotel! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the food is top-notch. Whether you're after a delicious meal or just a great place to relax with a drink, this place delivers. The attention to detail and quality service make it stand out. Went to this pub for Christmas 🎄 Lunch and all in all it was 5 star and Gold star. The food was delicious and more than sufficient; the service by our server Lucas was excellent and he went above and beyond to ensure that we were taken care of and the vibe and atmosphere was incredible. I definitely will be patronising this pub again in fact if they were taking bookings for Christmas lunch next year will be in. All the staff including the ones at the bar made you feel at home. I definitely recommend them and I am glad I decided to book with them.

Spent Christmas with the family here and had a terrific time. The food was bountiful and delicious, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was fun and relaxing. This was the first time eating out for Christmas and this was a perfect introduction to it. Would love to do it again next year!

twenty five of us for a dinner in the room with the interesting artwork.Lots of space and i hope we weren't too noisy. Food was excellent.Ordering from a mix of the table menu and bar service. Staff were great .we will be back.
