Very confusing entrance and dual roadways in....we got a bit lost trying to find out way in and where to park at this venue. Huge refurbishment has obviously taken place, the outside appearance is big, bright and grand. However.....when we arrived at 4:00 hoping to get afternoon coffee & cake- the front desk told us the only place available was the gaming/ pokie lounge ☹️. Our drinks were ok, but the atmosphere was far from ideal for coffee & a chat. The server suggested we could sit outdoors and enjoy the sun in the "smoking area" but for health reasons this option was also not suitable. Disappointing that such a huge venue had nowhere nice to cater for us.

The steak is super salty and we ordered medium but it came out with well done. Over well done in fact. Not only that. The steak was super salty. Not just my dish, my mother’s too.

Booked the K Bar for my 70th and I wasn’t disappointed. From the very first enquiry right through to the end of the evening everything was seamless. Barbara was very helpful and patient when putting the event together and on the night Tamara and staff were fantastic. The atmosphere, the service and food all made for an unforgettable evening.

I experienced the Manningham Hotel for an engagement last weekend and was extremely impressed with everything! The food (cocktail servings) was delicious and plentiful and the atmosphere pleasant. The point of this review however is to commend the wonderful staff that day, particularly the two young waiters, Julian and Connor. For their young age, both performed their duties with respect, attentiveness and professionalism. Admiring their excellent service as a team, I made a point to discreetly pass on this feedback to their Supervisor, Tamara. After speaking with Tamara, I could see how the waitstaff is chosen, for she too presented with warmth and professionalism. It takes great staff to elevate an establishment and on this occasion, Manningham Hotel left a lasting positive impression, with no hesitation to return or highly recommend.

Booked the Ben Nevis room at the Manningham Hotel. Had a very positive experience. Staff were friendly, helpful and excellent to work with. Special shout out to Barbara and Tamara who helped tirelessly on the night and to Barbara who answered all our questions leading up to the event. Highly recommend having your function at the Hotel.
