We spent NYE aboard this fantastic showboat. Service was outstanding (for someone with food intolerances I was looked after very well, thanks Lucas) drinks and food were free flowing. We added spirits to our package, there was plenty of room to sit and soak up the atmosphere. Staff were absolutely fantastic and did an outstanding job keeping everyone hydrated 😬 music was great with a good range of old school and modern. We had perfect vantage points to watch the fireworks. I cannot recommend this cruise highly enough it was one in a million! to sit and watch the fireworks without the huge crowds was simply the best. Do your self a favour and book for 2025 as soon as tickets are available!

Easy to book, location and directions easy to get to. Lovely Lil ol' boat with great, friendly staff. Whiskey was the standout, but the show had something for everyone!

Last Saturday we celebrated my 30th birthday with the burlesque cruise on the lady cutler showboat and wow. The night is split into two groups. While one group watches the burlesque show the other has access to the bar, dance floor and food. We came as a group of 8 and had a really great time. The atmosphere is really fun. During the burlesque show they ask if anyone is celebrating anything and will come to you in your seat to chat about it. If you have anxiety, I suggest not saying that you’re celebrating. There is a part where they ask for volunteers but they will not push you to go up. The burlesque show was super fun! CoraNoire blew us away during her act and we’d love to see her again. The food servers were excellent and were great to joke with getting the nicknames bestie 1 & bestie 2. The bar line did take awhile, they put up with a few rude people and done great but looked like they would’ve benefited from another person working with them. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return Xo

Joined for the new years cruise. I've seen multiple reviews so far saying the same thing, but I'm going to reiterate the issues we had, which were frustrating on the night, but are even More frustrating when the company responds to the negative reviews denying them. The most frustrating was the multiple mentions stating boarding would begin at 8, with a sharp departure at 8:30. At 8:41, we were still in the mess of the queue, not boarded. (See attached image for proof). We were advertised a 5 hour cruise, between Williamstown and a journey up the Yarra. We spent majority of the night back and forth within a short area, parking next to some container boats within Docklands for up to an hour at one stage. The cruise was also advertised as 5 hours, but was roughly 4. Why was this sold to us as a 5 hour package between these locations if this was not the case. Following on, the food was good, but lacked majority of the variety that was described on the website. No prawns, or seafood of any kind for the entire evening. By the time we boarded, the tables were almost empty save for some fruit. No cheese, no crackers, no mini meals. The bar staff were friendly, the people bringing the food were friendly. There are no complaints there. Overall, the views were fine, the cruise was by no means awful, but I would be cautious of their advertising and them delivering on what was promised.
