came for dinner with a group of friends - the food was amazing, came out super quick as well! excellent service from our waitress Molly, who seated us, took our orders and brought our food out. it’s nice to be served with punctuality, a happy presence and a smile! will definitely be coming back!

I came in for dinner last night, and I have to say, Molly at the front desk was fantastic! She took the time to explain how we could buy tickets for a show we’re planning to attend. Her kindness and helpfulness made a huge difference and she greeted us with a warm smile!!

Came in for a celebratory lunch today with the girls, we were extremely impressed with the fabulous view, delicious food and attentive and personable staff. On the way out I stopped past Molly at reception who was extremely helpful at taking me through some of their upcoming shows that we are interested in attending. Will definitely book tickets to one of these thanks to Molly, big shout out to her she knows her stuff! Keep up the great work Molly- thank you!

Amazing dinner service from all the staff at Doncaster Shoppingtown Hotel. All were super accommodating and helpful but a big shout out especially to Jordan and Dom who looked after our group all night. Nothing was too much of an ask for them and they went above and beyond with the level of service - always with a smile.

Great place to take your family for a meal. Has a kids playground (adult supervision needed) had a birthday dinner there no charge for bringing in a cake and staff were wonderful looking after the cake. Only downside if you count it as a downside. QR codes are used to order, though you can go to the side of the bar to order food.
