I wish to thank Zoe for her exceptional service. We booked the Garden Bar for my dad's birthday and would definitely book it again for another event. The bar staff were amazing and friendly, the food was good, with compliments from guests regarding the spring rolls, the mac and cheese croquettes and the mushroom arancini. Everyone had a fantastic time and loved the venue. It was perfect for what we needed. We were able to arrive early to set up decorations and time after to pack up. Zoe was great leading up to the event and answering all my emails and many questions. Thank you again to Zoe and Emily for a wonderful night.

Tonight was especially exceptional food wise ranging from the exceptionally well done batter of the fish and chips to the incredibly well executed steak done in medium rare with a great balance. All thanks to Max the head chef, tonight was a great meal.

I recently visit at Nightcap at Shoppingtown Hotel, I have to give a huge shoutout to their incredible customer service team. Unfortunately, I misplaced my wallet. I panicked, retracing my steps everywhere I went, but it was nowhere to be found. Dejected, I called hotel reception to explain my situation. The staff went above and beyond to help. They not only checked the lost and found thoroughly, but also talked to their manager to assist To my immense relief, someone hand it back and everything still in the wallet. I was so grateful for their honesty and attentiveness. This experience truly highlights the exceptional customer service at Nightcap at Shoppingtown Hotel. Their genuine care and willingness to go the extra mile made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Despite the initial scare, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others for its comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and outstanding service.

We had an amazing birthday party today! The party host was incredibly helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly and catered for food allergies.
