What an amazingly brewery & awesome place this was to stumble upon. Walked inside as we were passing and felt like some food & in all honesty very pleasantly surprised. Had the Parma & Burger & can only say good things about the food so well done to the chef for that... The Beers tasted so good it was a shame we could only have a couple as driving but the Ginger Beer was great quality & the Lager was even better. Open 5 years to the day & a good job all round and a true testament to all the hard work clearly put into this place. The atmosphere was very welcoming & the decor very well put together. Keep doing what your doing guys & well done seriously we will very very much be back very soon can't speak highly of the place 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻🔥🔥🔥

It’s probably a nice place to hang out and there is a brewery in house. However the food was not that good of reviews I read. The Grass Fed Scotch Fillet for sure the meat not taste as it should be (actually quite tough even order medium). I ordered peppercorn sauce but it tastes so fishy??!! Yuck! I feel it’s a waste of food. The chicken wings was fine but it only served like lukewarm.

Good food but menu is a bit limited. Very generous with the portion. It’s a nice place to have dinner and drinks with friends and families. Live band on a Friday night is pretty good.

I’ve enjoyed coming to Republic Tavern - the best margaritas in the house! However today I was simply touched by their kind gesture. I ordered a Parma but forgot to ask for no ham. I got one with ham which we kindly asked to be removed. We got an entirely new serve on the house. Thank you so much for your kindness. You’ve won us all over again! Great food, great ambience and an even better service staff!

My first visit to the Republic Tavern Brewpub was a fantastic experience. The brewpub itself is spacious with ample seating, making it perfect for accommodating a large number of patrons. The atmosphere was welcoming and lively, setting the stage for a great evening out. The menu boasts a variety of pub favorites, and most of us at our table couldn't resist ordering the Parma—it was absolutely delicious, especially paired with their great chips! The staff were attentive and friendly, taking the time to explain how to redeem our complimentary drink through their app, which was a nice touch of hospitality. One of the highlights of our visit was watching the State of Origin on a large screen that was visible from every corner of the pub. It created a vibrant atmosphere, perfect for enjoying live sporting events with friends.
