A hidden gem out the back with a buffet restaurant. Food food was delicious. An ok variety of food available and some delicious desserts 🍨. The restaurant is upstairs, but a lift is available. The venue is big and there is an inside kids play area. Highly recommended 👌

I really like this place. I had a Parma in the sports bar and it was great. The 2 young staff members on duty Friday night 22 Aug 25 were very friendly and a credit to the hotel

I wanted to give 5 stars to Spencer the bartender and the rest of his team! We were there for a private function and their service was friendly and professional. They made all feel looked after and safe. They had the room running like clock work. If any issues they were there to solve it. Thanks to the team for letting all of us enjoy our night. We all had alot of fun with lots great music, dancing and celebrating. The room size was perfect for us, would recommend to all. Thanks again!

Awful except for the comfy beds. Shocking customer service after a drugged up young man was allowed in the locked gates. He arrived at midnight (with others) parking right in front of our door & making a terrible noise. Then it was clear that they had the room directly above us. For the next 8hrs the noise was beyond bearable. I (stupidly) went up there naively telling them to quieten down & of course they said they would but didn't. Then the guy somehow got through the gate at 9pm that night with his mates & changed a tire using a 'piercing' pneumatic wrench. How was that allowed is the question & we got no real support or help through the whole traumatic ordeal & certainly no compensation of any sort whatsoever. btw...there is plainly no soundproofing in the building & my husband only got an apology after he asked for it. We are elderly & still feeling very affected by this! The management should be ashamed...

I have been to the furntree gully hotel many of times now for both special occasions and for just a quick meal/coffee with a friend. There feast buffet has a variety of different things to choose from and all fresh and good tasting food. They also have a kids play area and activities to keep them entertained for the parents to have some time to relax while they eat. The pub menu is also good and decent price compared to a some of the other pubs around the area. The staff have always been friendly in both feast and pub areas. Happy to recommend to others for a good feed. Pricing varies depending on if you have a pub meal or go the the buffet and if drinks are included. There is a lift upto the feast and a ramp into the venue for ease of access.
