I truly hold this venue close to my heart. I've been visiting the Burvale since I turned 18. The beer is crisp, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is warm. The gaming venue is inviting and vibrant. Here’s a poem about the pokies: Reels spin, lights flash bright, Neon glow in the deep of night. Coins clink, a jackpot's near, A symphony of joy and cheer. The hum, the thrill, the sparkling sound, Where dreams and fortune both are found. Each spin a chance, a winning flight, In pure delight.

Went on steak night 18/12/24 and ordered our scotch fillets and sat waiting for 30 minutes after placing our order only to be told there were no scotch fillets. The manager on duty who refunded our order still charged us for the two soft drinks we ordered. Doesn’t get much worse.

The most beautiful hotel in Melbourne. Attended Christmas 🎄 lunch with my family and was treated like royalty 👸. Spectacular food, professional/friendly staff, stunning atmosphere. If I owned this place I would be highly honoured. Will definitely return in the future.

Another glorified pokies venue with zero atmosphere or sense of community. Have been here countless times for a slap and can only remember walking out ahead the one time. Save your money. There's a cheap rent by the hour motel behind which id suggest might be a more wholesome way to spend your evening.

Came for a bmx trip, stayed for 2 nights. Good for the price we paid. Was nice and quiet at night (apart from noise from the pub until around 12am which was expected for a weekend) close to shops and everything we needed while we stayed. Beds soft and comfortable. We got in late at night and staff were great and helpful. Only negatives i have is that we found a half full takeaway coffee cup and a vaccum manual on the counter i assume from cleaners. Also didnt have some convience appliances such as a hairdryer, toaster and microwave which could have been useful.
