Beds were really comfortable, air-conditioned to keep rooms nice & cool... views aren't the best ours was a cement wall- luckily we were mostly there to sleep. Pool looked amazing but we didn't get a chance to try it... lots of complimentary water places throughout the hotel.. The buffet breakfast was amazing & kids eat free with the adults!

Had a great time, good location for a quick getaway for the kids. Experienced the 4d cinema at village cinemas, went to Archie brothers and kids had fun at the arcade. Good size rooms and tidy. Kids enjoyed the stay and looking forward to going back.

It was a good ware welcome from the moment I entered. Spent the some time at the bar but was disappointed with the food and service there, team seemed overwhelmed due to busy night. The one thing that bothers me at most hotels especially when I come in for a work visit is that most hotels don't cater for people that have naturally curly hair wrt the hairdryer. I usually carry my diffuser but it doesn't always fit on the dryer in the room. Its way to cumbersome for me to carry my own dryer for a work trip hence I just carry the diffuser. It would be great if hotels catered for a dyer that has a diffuser option as well. Other than than g8 stay and lovely staff.

We stayed for 1 night. The rooms are just average. Big disappointment was the breakfast provided. It didn't cater to a 4 star hotel meal with very limited options. Also surprisingly there was a parking fee of 29$ even for guests. It's the first of a kind I've seen where the hotel charges parking for its guests.

Very underwhelming hotel. Feel like you can get better value at an airbnb in a different location. Carpet is old and dirty. Not maintained very clean. Did not feel like a four star hotel. Felt more like a 1-2 star hotel. Conveniently placed location wise though. Near the Glen shopping centre and near the train station. Downstairs area has a lot of options to eat at.
