Great location in Mansfield - walking distance to eating and shopping. Rooms were well appointed with mini dishwasher, washer/dryer and kitchen facilities. Nice clean rooms. I thought the pillows were a bit hard but that is personal choice.

Great experience. All the staff we dealt with were fantastic!!!!! We hired ski gear and equipment. It was our first time and everyone was so helpful. Good quality gear. Seamless process. Great location. Kids loved the heated outdoor pool for a nighttime Winter swim. Andrea T

I stayed with a group in Studio rooms and we couldn't fault them. They were clean, quiet, a good size, the beds were big and comfortable. The shower was a good size and walk-in style, plenty of parking on site and the price was very competitive. Loads of facilities in the room, washing machine, dishwasher etc. The staff were all great. This time of year, they have a take away cafe on site in the mornings. It was a short walk into town, 0.75 km to the pubs. The golf club is worth considering for dinner, has great food, it's 2 km away and they will do pickup and drop off most days. I'll be back here again.

We were shooting up to Buller for a day trip so chose somewhere to stay the night to break up the trip. It proved to be a great decision as we were up at the Mountain early, well rested. All the staff were fantastic from ski hire through to reception. We hit a bit of a hitch with boot size but were able to change over on mountain with the help of the team. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Will certainly return and would recommend.

Very comfortable stay of 3 nights in Mansfield in a roomy 2 bedroom apartment. The Alzburg has so much to offer. Great location, great facilities, and great service. Hot spa, heated pool and tennis courts are all freely available, and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend the Alzburg.
