Currently attending my son’s school event at Pullman Albert park. Very poor service by staff . We still haven’t received our main course while rest of the guests finished dinner and the dirty plates were picked up as well. Paid $160 per person and the food quality and taste was no where near for the price we paid. Never book this place for any event. :(

This was our second stay at the property. We were pleasantly surprised to get a lovely room upgrade on check in, but the view was an alley and rooftop. The room was a great size though. The location was terrific with good access to public transport and a cheap uber ride away to main attractions. The one flaw is their housekeeping. No towels were left in the room, the rubbish wasn't emptied, room service tray left in the room and the bathroom had a decent amount of mould on the ceiling. In saying that, our concerns were actioned once we brought them to the attention of reception and we got complimentary parking and breakfast on one day.

Since 2016, I have stayed at three different Pullman hotels on numerous occasions. Like the others, the Albert Park Pullman has staff who are professional, polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms and restaurant/bar delightful. Service has been faultless. FIVE STARS.

The reception staff were really helpful as there was a mix-up with my booking (due to timezone changes while travelling). Rooms are clean and comfortable, food options were great and the bar/restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The only downside for me was no weight machines for leg exercises or a squat rack, but if you're not a gym person that wouldn't matter too much

Stayed here on a work trip. Quite far out of the city and restaurants but surrounds are very pretty. When I checked in was only handed a piece of paper not give any information verbally about breakfast or check out times. I was given a disabled room which really should have been reserved for a guest who required one. The bathroom was very big (as wheel chair friendly) but no space for storage. Room itself had no other furniture (such as desk or chair) apart from the bed. Paid at front desk on check in pand never received a receipt or invoice on check out had to go back and ask. Won’t be staying again.
