Extremely happy with our recent stay for Grand Final weekend. Service was very good and the room was fantastic with stunning views of the city. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Free wifi/ Large TV had all the streaming sites. Very nice bathroom and robe area. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. There is basement on-site parking (fee applies) and very frequent trams heading to the city at the very nearby tram stops. Friendly and efficient customer service. Will definitely be back.

Horrible Experience - Unsafe for Solo Female Travelers I had an extremely distressing experience at this hotel, which is far from deserving its advertised 4-star . I booked a three-night stay through Booking.com, arriving at midnight, only to be assigned a room that was already occupied by another guest. The thought of entering a room with a stranger present was terrifying, especially as a solo female traveler. Fortunately, I was lucky to be on a call with my family , and the current guest was in the bathroom when I entered, which allowed me to leave the room immediately. This situation could have ended very differently. Despite their apology and transfer me to another room, I checked out the next day, hoping for a refund for the remaining two nights. However, the hotel staff informed me that they couldn’t issue a refund, as my booking was made through Booking.com. I contacted booking.com customer service, only to be informed that the hotel denied the room had been assigned to another guest, claiming instead that it was merely unclean. They also denied that I had checked out, despite having accepted my key card and confirming the processing of my security deposit refund. This hotel not only failed in basic safety protocols but also misled both myself and Booking.com. I paid AUD 480 for three nights, but after this traumatizing experience, I was not refunded for the two nights I didn’t stay. The staff were rude, dishonest, and the entire situation was deeply upsetting. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially for solo female travelers. Attaching the photo i took upon entering and hearing noise from bathroom. It was 12:25 am . It’s absolutely traumatizing experience.

Great location, great rooms and great price. Was very unimpressed with the person checking me in, but most of the staff was nice. Disliked the fact they tried to sell parking for $19 per night, but didn't tell us that parking in the area is free on weekends. Overall very good stay, with spacious room and excellent location. All amenities you need and comfy beds as well. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the rooms are large and come with good Wi-Fi and modern technology, the experience was far from great due to the lackluster housekeeping. Despite requesting my room to be cleaned, it took several attempts to finally get fresh towels, which, when delivered, were thin, threadbare, and clearly low quality. The bathroom was disappointing, with long-standing mould in the corners, showing a clear lack of attention to cleanliness. One particularly unpleasant aspect was the leftover dinner trays from other rooms that sat in the hallway for over 24 hours without being cleared. This added to the overall feeling that the hotel's service was inattentive. The buffet breakfast was fine but nothing special. If cleanliness and service are important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

Getting zapped by a faulty power point was not nice. The first room was great. Needed to stay longer and second shower was not the cleanest. Was close to hospital where my mum was. That was great. Loverly people behind the service desk. Thank you. Fix power points. That was painful.
