The Australian Room has the flexibility to be divided into three rooms by the use of decorative operatable doors. When divided into three rooms are 328m² in size, each comfortably hosting conferences up to 400 guests, cocktail functions up to 320, or weddings up to 170 with a sizeable dance floor.

The Atrium is a north facing, all-weather, light filled space. The retractable roof makes it ideal for indoor or outdoor events and exhibitions. It can be used as a standalone event space accommodating cocktail functions up to 310 guests and banquet dinners up to 200 seated guests. 

It can also serve as additional room to the main function area if your event is greater than 1,000 guests and you require capacity for up to 1,365 guests.

The ideal space for trade shows and exhibitions, The Atrium has been designed to easily bump in and bump out cars, boats and caravans. The space can accommodate 14 x 3m² exhibition booths.

The State Room is ideal for meetings and presentations for up to 80 seated guests. With the latest technology available, the State Room is perfect for small scale presentations and  is also ideal to be used as a break-out space.

The Australian Room is our main function room, accommodating up to 1,365 guests in a conference or theatre style set up, weddings or celebrations up to 620 guests with a sizeable dance floor or cocktail functions up to 1,000. A key feature of the room are the decorative, operatable walls which split the room into 3 equal rooms of 328m² enabling up to 72 different room configurations. The room features a ceiling height of 5 metres accentuating the sense of space.

Please avoid if you’re trying to book any sort of function or wedding here. I’ve been trying to email Lara Seri who is a wedding executive here since late 2023, and I’ve gotten absolutely no where. She has never responded after many emails and phone calls.. It took us over a month to even book a viewing. After we had told her we were interested in December 2023 we are yet to even receive any sort of costings proposal to book the date.

If Lara is this slow on even taking our deposit to secure the date, imagine the poor wedding coordination we would receive on our wedding day. Definitely avoid at all costs.

Amazing venue. Service provided by staff was of a high standard and food was amazing, catering for various dietary requirements.

Great place to stay. Very clean modern rooms and excellent service. The breakfast is notch.

Abysmal Xmas lunch for $250pp, avoid! Also the 'free parking' is a lie if you park longer than 2 hours

Attended a function 28/ May 2022. Prior to function notified management of my allergy ( coeliac). Re confirmed with our allocated waitress & still served up wrong meal. Become violently ill and had to leave early. In short I paid to get sick. If you have dietary
